Nice and practical apartment with terrace and large garden with Weber BBQ. It is located in a quiet development 2 km from Picassent and 15 minutes by car from Valencia. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, it also has a bathroom with shower and no bidet and a kitchen and living/dining area. The room is small and clean, basic. Nadia is very helpful and reaponsive. The apartment is very quiet, it has hostel vibes, not the actual apartment with the rules set all around the walls as reminders. I would definitely go back.

THE PLACE is as described in the ad, it is less than a block from the bus that takes you downtown and there are plenty of shops and stores nearby to buy whatever you need. Rubi was an excellent host, she always helped us and we had excellent communication. I would definitely stay here again

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!
