Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en la casa de Jörg’s , el trato ha sido exquisito, y la casa es espectacular, una piscina muy grande y muy equipada. La casa la entregaron muy limpia. Un 10 de nota. Pedro Perez y familia

Beautiful villa and amazing surroundings! We had a really nice time and enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Even though there were some minor issues here or there (which is normal) the host was always responsive and did their best to solve them. Thank you 🙏🏼

Rien à redire sur la location. La maison était fidèle à sa description, très bien équipée et joliment décorée. Elle est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Elle est proche de la mer, accessible à pieds et des quelques restaurants au bord de mer. L’hôte était très arrangeante et très réactive. Merci !

De villa is perfect. De ligging is geweldig in het rustige gedeelte van Miami Platja, op 5 minuten lopen van een aantal mooie baaien en de start van de wandelboulevard (in aanbouw / okt2024) naar het grotere Playa Cristall op 30 minuten lopen. Supermarkt is dichtbij. Parkeren aan de straat. Door de tips van Ekatarina hebben we ook het mooie achterland ervaren, met mooie wandelingen zoals van Mont-Roig naar L'Ermita, het middeleeuws Kasteel Miravell, en het bergachtige gebied rondom de Ebro. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, slaapkamers zijn goed, twee moderne badkamers en keuken met alle benodigdheden. Handdoekenpakket was fijn, met ook een badhanddoek erbij. We hebben genoten van de ruime tuin, het zwembad met warme buitendouche en ligbedden, en de bbq. Ekaterina, dank je voor dit verblijf!

Magnifiques maison et piscine, propres. Contact au top et très reactif. Quelques équipements plus qualitatifs et quelques prestations supplémentaires comprises et ça aurait été parfait. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Nous reviendrons probablement. Je recommande

Très bon séjour avec arrivée avec horaires flexibles. Maison très bien située, accès rapide à l'autoroute, la plage, les magasins... Environnement calme et reposant. Piscine et extérieur très bien entretenus. Climatisation fonctionnelle, indispensable en Espagne Les Hôtes très bien organisés, sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à MIAMI PLAYA. Merci.

Séjour dans un quartier calme, la maison est grande et pratique pour 3 couples.

First things first: Joris is the perfect host. You can not ask for faster reactions. Any issue we had, any question was immediately taken care of. No question that Joris cares. The spot is amazing. If you are on a motorbike there is no better place maybe even in the world to discover and enjoy the rides. Also quite good weather during winter (besides cold mornings and a few rainy days). Had a shepherd that dropped by with his goats, lovely scenery and amazing sun dawns. Just a good place. As in any spanish spot some dogs are barking at night but nothing major. You definitely need a car (or motorbike) to go shopping or discover the area but this is what this space is made for: off the grid. A few things to be aware of: the house is a piece of art and you have to be ok with being exposed to wildlife. As a couple that knows each other well for years the open house concept feels cool but be aware that there is no door, no rooms, no privacy 😂. Heating was fixed during our stay. Lovely

Villa Arrels in Spain is an absolute haven, and our stay there was nothing short of spectacular. Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the beach, the villa offers both convenience and comfort in equal measure. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our hosts, Julio and Loli, whose incredible friendliness and attention to detail made us feel instantly at home. The villa itself is a masterpiece, blending traditional Spanish charm with modern amenities. The garden is filled with lovely plants, creating a lush, serene environment that is perfect for relaxation. At night, the solar lights illuminate the property, transforming it into a magical retreat that was simply enchanting to return to after a day out. Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. Erem un grup de 5 parelles. Ideal per la disponibilitat de bany a totes les habitacions. La decoració és molt agradable, no moderna sino especial. L’entorn molt agradable amb molts racons. L’amfitrió era molt amable, molt per tu.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Unterkunft war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war ideal, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber, die unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam waren. Sie haben dafür gesorgt, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos und angenehm verlief. Vielen Dank für diese großartige Erfahrung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Carlos gracias por recibir a mi familia! La pasamos genial , gracias por estar al pendiente siempre. La casa es hermosa, cómoda, todo para hacernos felices una semana completa. Las vistas al mar , el paseo marítimo y la piscina. Nos encantó… viajamos una vez al año a diferentes lugares en familia y seguro está entre nuestras favoritas. Un abrazo también a Fono quien nos despidió y fue amable en anticipar su llegada cuando se lo pedimos para irnos.

volveremos sin duda, casa muy amplia, limpia y con todo tipo de comodidades. Nos ha encantado

We had an amazing holiday at Casa Michelle. The house is spacious and comfortable, only 3-minutes walk from the beach, with all the mods and cons necessary for a perfect beach/pool relaxing vacation. Both Michelle and the property manager, Gabi were super helpful and responsive. The pool is clean and the water temperature was perfect at all hours. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, close to shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. With two children and two young adults, everyone had something to do and enjoy. We really hope to come back in the near future. Thank you Michelle and Gabi!

Nous étions deux voyageurs pour un logement d'une capacité de 10 personnes. La maison est spacieuse avec de bons équipements. Bel environnement autour de la maison avec deux terrasses confortables, une devant à l'ombre face à la piscine et la deuxième sur le coté avec un ensoleillement matinal et son jardin. Possibilité de se sécuriser sa voiture en garant sa voiture dans l'allée intérieure. Le plus c'est l'emplacement stratégique de la maison sans avoir besoin d'utiliser son véhicule. A 100 mètres il y a une belle crique et un accès piéton pour choisir une autre plage chaque jour. A 100 mètres une superette qui propose un service cafétaria et une rôtisserie sur réservation le samedi et dimanche. Un bar et deux restaurants seront à votre disposition. Un service de réservations de prestations touristiques. Et surtout un grand merci à RIK et ANJA pour leur accueil et leur réactivité. Ce fut un séjour très agréable.

Casa fantástica. Para pasar unas vacaciones en familia es ideal. La piscina, las vistas, las instalaciones… la ubicación es ideal si quieres estar cerca del centro pero necesitas coche. La casa se nota que es nueva y todos sus accesorios y equipamiento también. Sin duda repetiríamos. Como aspecto a mejorar destacamos la comunicación. Había una fuga enorme en la manguera del jardín y tardaron más de 1 hora en cogernos el teléfono y hasta el día siguiente no vinieron a solucionarlo. Por otro lado, como sugerencia, estaría bien una zona de sombra en la piscina.

Magnifique endroit pour passer une semaine reposante, proche de tout.

Wunderschöne kleine Villa mit einem riesigen komplett umzäunten Aussenbereich und einem tollen Pool. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön hergerichtet und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es ist alles sauber und die Küche bietet viele Geräte und Utensilien. Das Wlan war sehr schnell. Wie von anderen bereits erwähnt, ist der etwa 1km lange lange Feldweg zur Unterkunft sehr steinig und teilweise schwer zu befahren. Er wird aber wohl von Zeit zu Zeit wieder hergestellt, dann kann man ihn relativ gut befahren. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!

We had a lovely stay here at L’Ampolla, its a nice quiet town. We welcomed with treats and Kai met us at 2am after our delay in arrival. He was a fantastic host, on hand via watsapp for any queries. We were a large group of 12 (3 families of 4) the villa had plenty of beds and space that we never felt on top often eachother. The kids loved the garden, aircon in every room. Overall a really lovely stay.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der beheizte Pool, der auch im Mai angenehme 30 Grad hatte – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Fahrräder, ein herrlicher Pool, und eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Abends konnten wir das beruhigende Meeresrauschen hören, was für eine wundervolle Atmosphäre sorgte. Das Meer ist fußläufig erreichbar, was unseren Urlaub noch angenehmer machte. Der gepflegte Garten war ein weiteres Highlight, besonders da wir die frischen Früchte ernten durften, sobald sie reif waren. Die Garage mit kleiner Werkstattausstattung war praktisch und zeigte die durchdachte Planung des Hauses. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Cette Villa est tout simplement magnifique ! La piscine est superbe ! Les infrastructures sont merveilleuses ! Je reviendrai l’an prochain sans hésitation ! Les hôtes sont super arrangeants ! Sans oublier Rosa !! Une femme magnifique, gentille, accueillante, qui fait tout pour que nous soyons plus que bien ! Nous avons passées de superbes vacances ici et nous sommes triste de ne pas avoir pu réserver plus longtemps ! Merci pour ces vacances !

Ich war mit meinen zwei Hunden, 14 Tage in der Villa am Meer. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Support war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Herr von der Agentur hat außerdem perfekt Deutsch gesprochen. Die Umgebung ist wirklich großartig so viele Möglichkeiten vielseitige Ausflüge zu unternehmen das ein Urlaub nicht ausreicht. Auch die Möglichkeiten zu Angeln sind vielfältig und grandios. Im Umkreis von einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreicht man etliche tolle Strände, Buchten, Berge, Kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Ruinen ... Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, eine tolle Aussicht, nur eine Treppe runter zum Strand, ein grandioser Außenbereich, toller Poll, Dachterrasse, Grill. Der Außenbereich Ist außerdem viel größer als er auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Badezimmer sehen sehr gut aus, die Inneneinrichtung ist nicht wirklich modern, was dem Haus nicht gerecht wird, aber das stört nicht! Alles ist sauber und die Betten super.

Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, the pictures don't do it justice. So peaceful with lovely views of the sea. Loads of space inside and out , the pool was great. The owners/ family were aleays available to help and nothing was too much trouble. We have been coming to Alcossebre for nearly 20 years and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. We will be back.
