We had a great weekend, three couples of friends with small children. The house was clean and had everything you need, exactly as described. One room downstairs and three bedrooms above, two bathtubs that come great with children. Although we were unable to use the pool because it was not seasonal, it was fenced and is an extra quiet with the children. Yes they used the trampoline a lot and the spacious patio, Beatriz even left a small swing and slide although it was already a bit old. The only thing is that around the house there is not much to do and there is some big park in the village, but there are many restaurants and some routes within a few minutes by car. We really liked it.

Ruben was a very attentive host and his mother, who welcomed us, was charming. The house is perfect for a large group of family or friends, with enough space for everyone. Along with the garden, they make the house a great option to spend a weekend with friends, as was my case, and enjoy the good weather.

Frank’s house is incredibly charming, in a great location in Miraflores. The house has great views and is close to everything. Nicely updated for such a historic home. The house is simple but perfectly meets the needs of a swimming pool and barbecue weekend. Communication with Ricardo has been smooth, he has given us clear instructions and helpful tips. The place is very quiet, close to Hita (whose visit is worthwhile, you can get there by walking not very long). Ideal place to disconnect from the city and prepare some good embers.

He's a lovely person... he was there to welcome us. He asked me if we needed anything... everything was great. The house is spacious, well connected, with kitchenware and things for breakfast and cooking, well lit and with many windows, with parking and a host who made sure we had everything we needed... a real treat.

This is the second time I have stayed at Juan and Cristina's house and if I visit the area again I will definitely do a third. Thank you for everything, Cristina and Juan

Great place we felt like home

Perfect for a getaway with family and/or friends. Quiet residential development a few minutes' drive from Guadarrama. Good communication with the host. Photos and description don't mislead.

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

We arrived a little before check-in time and the host made it easy for us to settle in. The house is perfect for a large group to have everything you need. It was very important to us that each family unit had a full bathroom. We were all able to park in the garage of the house, which was appreciated because although there is parking in the surrounding area, it was much more convenient to unload luggage and so on. The house is very spacious and that has allowed us to share the space both outside and inside with all the comfort. It was a very pleasant stay for the group.

Great place to explore madrid from! Close to the metro and a good walk to the centre

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.

Mar was aware of everything at all times, very friendly, although we arrived later than planned did not give us any problems. Thank you! The house is just as seen in the photos, very quiet area and 5 minutes from the village. If you are looking for a quiet place to disconnect and be in nature it is definitely ideal. The only "but" is that the fence of the estate needs arrangements and we could not keep the dogs loose without being aware of them, but it also did not accompany the time for them to be away from home. The stay at Fernando and Elena's house was like being in your own home. Very cozy, personal and nice decor. The service with them has been impeccable and always accommodating. We had a great three days, with stunning views of La Cabrera and Valdemanco.

Alex welcomed us and explained everything we needed for our stay. The house is very well equipped for large groups in terms of utensils, kitchenware and everything in general. They left more towels in the bathrooms and the mattresses were very comfortable.

The village is very nice and has a lot of life. The house was very clean and has everything you need, the location is good, close to the center of the village. They provided us with a high chair and a baby bath, which we greatly appreciate. Upstairs there are many toys and our baby enjoyed it very much. As an anecdote, we had the great blackout and the barbecue was our salvation.

A perfect place with really cool views. The girl is very friendly. Everything is really good. The cleaning is correct. It's very clean. The truth is, it's a great place to spend time as a couple and get away for a bit. Excellent 👍👍☺️

Great escape for the weekend! The house was great, really clean, had everything we needed, extremely comfortable (bedrooms + living room). This is a great private house located south of Madrid. The living room is a very generous size and has all the amenities listed. Located in a residential areas makes this a very quiet and practical place to stay.
