Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Albuquerque

we had 2 nights at Billys place and it was great Everything you needed and more! Hot tub, games area was a nice touch! Very clean and loads of equipment as well, would stay again if I ever returned to New Mexico!

I will book again and again! Everything I needed for a longer stay. Thomas offers help checking in and available at a moments notice if needed. But did not need anything. This place is homey, easily accessible to university, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood that felt ( and is ) safe. Thank you !

Absolutely stunning and enjoyable stay and hosts. The cabin had everything one could need and was a great place to relax at the end of the day from all the hiking. Brad and Rick were immensely friendly and made the stay overall more enjoyable! I would love to be able to stay here again next time I visit the state!

Due to a last minute guest change on my end because of sick travelers who didn't go, I had to keep Jimmy notified last minute and late at night. He could NOT have been more helpful, kind, and accommodating. He helped me with the entry details immensely, and far beyond what was required. Jimmy's casita was beautiful, spotless and was beyond expectations. I highly recommend Jimmy and any of his airbnb properties. You won't find better!!!

Thank you Adela! We had a great stay in your home. It was very centrally located and easy to get around. Loved the hot tub and casita in the back for a little privacy. One thing I would have liked was a welcome book with some user information on the house and suggestions of places to visit/restaurants around town. Overall, it was a wonderful space to be in.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

We absolutely loved the place. It was perfect for our family (7 all together). John was a great host and checked in on us throughout our stay! We felt right at home and had enough space to enjoy our evenings after the kiddos fell asleep up stairs! This is a perfect vacation listing for a couple or small family visiting Albuquerque. The Nob Hill neighborhood is fun and eclectic with excellent restaurants at every turn. The huge back yard is great for kids or sky watching at night. The home is very tidy and includes a bedroom that kids will feel comfortable in right away. A+

A great place to stay, it’s small but if you’re by yourself or someone else it’s an amazing place to stay for the price. She’s an excellent host definitely recommend!

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

Jeanne's place was very clean and comfortable. She was very proactive by reaching out to see if everything was good. That was very appreciated. I like how she had materials, and also a guest book with what other visitors enjoyed about Albuquerque. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Had a great stay at Douglas’s. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores and close to the university. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Douglas was an excellent host.
