We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is old fashioned but clean and fully functional. The garden is very private and has a beautiful view. We felt welcomed and the host was very friendly.

Great hostess. Highly recommended. Nice and quiet location. Our two children were also very enthusiastic.

i am a native of the area and was in the area with my husband and our dogs for a private occasion. The "cottage" has charm and a great feel good factor. The view of the forest and the location are really classy and unique. Marie and Raoul were communicative hosts and everything went smoothly. Since there were only two of us, we only used the ground floor. The bedroom there was very nice and very comfortable. Since we both had to work, the internet connection was very important to us. The speed was quite ok, no highlight but it was enough for video calls and streaming in the evening. It's not possible to download larger files. Another highlight is that there is wine from Raoul's band to buy. I thought it was great and he also tasted good ☺️

Philipp's place was neat and clean. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen offered sufficiently good amenities and had everything you need. The decor was discreet and tasteful. The environment is very quiet and relaxing. There was ample parking. In the area there were some beautiful hiking trails and various excursion destinations to reach in about 30 minutes. Overall highly recommended!

Great decor, fully equipped kitchen, large rooms, cozy beds and a wonderful terrace. There are many ways to do something in the area. Or you can just hang out in the apartment and have a good time. The adjacent street is busy, but that hardly bothers.

Relaxing holidays on Lake Constance - away from the hustle and bustle: This wish has been fully fulfilled in the beautiful house of Silvia and Werner. Many walking paths are in the immediate vicinity and by car the pretty towns of Ludwigshafen and Überlingen can be reached in a few minutes. There is also a bus line that can be used free of charge with the spa card. The house is aptly named "Wohlfühlhaus" (feel-good house): It is furnished to a high standard and more spacious than the photos suggest. The garden is charmingly landscaped and the small pergola is a fine place to relax. The whole atmosphere and especially the equipment of the kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, shows that our hosts are otherwise at home here themselves. We highly recommend the house. Nice quiet house! Unfortunately, a shower was not yet repaired after a water damage, but there is still a bathtub and second shower! Everything super and nice and quiet We'd love to come back

We enjoyed it very much in the small cottage. The balcony is wonderful, you really feel like you're in a tree house. We were there in the fall, so it's definitely nicer in the summer. Arne was very friendly and we could even use bicycles that were in the garage. Since the cottage was not yet rented after our stay, we were able to use it all day. Sipplingen is a nice little place with a small train station. From there we could take the bike on the train and make beautiful excursions. Lake Constance is wonderfully clear.

We had a truly wonderful stay, not only because the apartment had everything we needed, but also thanks to the hosts, who are absolutely fantastic people. Everything was perfect, and we wholeheartedly recommend both the accommodation and the location. We will definitely recommend this stay to others and hope to return in the future!.

Super nice apartment, everything available, lovingly furnished. Everything is available, without shopping you can make a coffee or tea immediately after the long journey. We felt very comfortable. People with disabilities also have enough space with a roller shutter, walk-in shower. High-quality kitchen, towels, garbage bags, towel paper, eggs, toaster,...etc. You can't list everything...Everything you need and also works great👍🏻. We were there with 4 people and even in bad weather there are board games in the apartment to pass the time. We will definitely stop there again 🫶🏻 Thanks Maritta for everything

We were lucky to find this available last minute for my MiL. We had rented a place in the same building through another site months before when this unit was not on the market yet. Therefore we got to see/compare two units in the same building and this host really goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for guests. The unit is even better than you can see in the pictures (which are a little dark) but unit is bright and big. The furniture and facilities are modern and it is very clean and host is helpful. The building is old and shows/feels it but this host makes sure your apartment does not reflect that - a real gem! At this price with parking in the garage, a view to die for, pool/sauna (we didn't use), elevators, social area and a quick walk to a bus stop I would definitely recommend staying in this unit. Thanks to Renate who made it a nice stay for my 90 y/o MiL and was accommodating as to us a watching the Olympics together in this unit (better than ours).

Unbelievable stay with breathtaking view! Enjoyed every second of our stay! Apartment is well maintained, in comparison with 5 star hotels I would give 7 stars to the flat. Every minor detail is well organised! Was difficult to leave this place and will definitely come back.

We were very pleased with the place. Jörg explained everything to us beforehand and we had no problems. The neighbor also lovingly took care of us and the Black Forest Plus card. The apartment was superbly equipped and we were also thrilled by the amenities of the house (swimming pool, sauna, games room, bar). We filled out the adventure passes with the children, where you get a stamp for various activities and then can choose a prize (tourism) and that was great for everyone! We will be happy to come back and thank you for the lovely stay!

We felt super comfortable at the place and were warmly received at check-in. The location is great for hiking. The house is very dog-friendly and we highly recommend the breakfast at the bar of the house. We would love to come back!

The apartment is very cozy and decorated with love. Everything very clean and well prepared for a visit. In the next larger town about 5 to 10 min drive. There are all discount stores, gas stations, etc. To Konstanz about 40 minutes, to Überlingen as well. Check in independently and completely uncomplicated.

Wonderful stay with Swantyee. We enjoyed the proximity to the forest and also the slight seclusion of Bad Urach in a slightly elevated location. The conservatory was a dream to be in. Also the spacious room layout. We did not miss anything about the equipment. We felt completely comfortable. If we were to come back to the region, we would definitely choose this place again. Absolute recommendation.

We had a great time with Verena and Michel. The different floors and possibilities to work and vacation at the same time were good for us. It worked great.

Erika's place is a peaceful oasis in the middle of nature, allowing you to deeply recharge your batteries. Tastefully decorated and featuring impressive kitchen equipment, the accommodation invites you to relax and unwind - especially on the sun loungers of the beautiful terrace when the sun is shining. Erika's little touches, always friendly but discreet, did not fail to delight us. The cleanliness of the accommodation is also impeccable. The accommodation is located in the middle of nature and the efficient "Nationalparkregion Schwarzwald" app allows you to find hiking trails nearby and adapted to your desires in the blink of an eye. We would have liked to stay even longer at Erika's. Thanks for everything!

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. We were very warmly welcomed, the apartment is very clean and includes everything needed for a nice holiday. Isolde is a very warm host who is always available for concerns. The apartment is in a very quiet area, great for relaxing. Beautiful hikes are right at your doorstep and Lake Constance is also not far away.

We had a delightful stay! Heike and Anja were so friendly and pleasant. We had three grandchildren with us, and they had an absolutely delightful time. The kids loved all of the play equipment, and the opportunity to pet and feed the alpacas, pigs, chickens, And interact with so many animals. It was a delight to be there, and we felt right at home. If we had the chance to come again, we would happily stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
