In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Welcome! We are about 15 minutes walk from the center of Ebingen in a low-traffic residential area. The granny flat with separate entrance area is completely at your disposal: Bedroom with large bed (1.4 x 2 m) and wardrobe, a living-dining room with kitchenette + additional sleeping option on the sofa (1 x 2 m), the daylight bathroom with floor-level shower niche and underfloor heating. The property is located in a quiet district of Albstadt. In the surrounding area, you can spend your free time, for example, visiting the Eyachquelle, various hiking trails, a stay in the Badkap, the garden show in Balingen and Hohenzollern Castle.

The car can also be parked for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. There is space to romp and play in the large orchard meadow.

We rent an apartment with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor of our house. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also space for a children's travel bed. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are also available.
