Nice and stylish Loft located on the old town's heart, mediterranean colors. On the Llotja neighborhood very quiet and sunny street. Open views to a private garden, masiv and emblematic building La Lonja. Is surrounded by bars and restaurants but the only street calm to relax. The closest beach is 7 min. walking distance, 3 minutes to STP SHIPYARD & Club Náutico de Palma sport-harbour and it's lounge. Santa Catalina market is 5 min walking distance as the Cathedral, museums and art galeries.

I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Soller Plaza was fantastic. It was a beautiful hotel right next to the main plaza. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

WONDERFUL ESTATE in the center of the island.

Beautiful and very large home with lovely tranquil surroundings. The house is in the middle of the countryside so I would definitely recommend hiring a car. If you have a car, there a two towns very close by, around 10 mins away, with supermarkets and restaurants. The house was a great place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, well decorated and had a lot of amenities. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outside seating area in the evening which was ideally situated right outside of the kitchen. The only issues we had were with the showers, Miguel did forewarn us that he had issues with the main hot water supply so the house was running of a temporary smaller electric boiler, but I don't think it was powerful enough to run all of the showers in the house, so we often had cold showers. This wasn't too bad if you had been outside in the hot weather already. Miguel was very friendly, welcoming and responsive to any messages. Overall we had a very lovely stay. Thank you Miguel! 😁

We have absolutely enjoyed every moment of staying here. It gave us a tranquil experience of Mallorca with very quick access to Palma and many of the beaches. Alaro is a walkable distance. The area is absolutely incredible for cycling and running. Toni and Maria have been so accommodating and lovely - their property is beautifully decorated and equipped for long term stays.

Juan and Irene are wonderful hosts - super friendly and helpful. The location of the house is great, everything was spotless and we found the amenities very thoughtful (cotton buds, toothpaste, conditioner, beach towels). We also absolutely loved Alaró and didn’t want to leave. The only downside was that the street outside the room could be noisy late at night - or very early in the morning. Aside from that, it was the most perfect stay. We loved Joy, the cute little dog, too!

Dagmar's place was a wonderful surprise. Everything is well organized and clean. Breakfast offers a wide selection of local products for all tastes. Dagmar's house makes you feel right in Spain and the common areas such as the terrace and the inner garden are all to be enjoyed. Dagmar, however, is the added value of this house, and with her advice, you will visit the most beautiful places on the island.
