This is truly the perfect airbnb for a family visiting Cloudcroft! You can tell that the owners love this home and put a lot of heart, thought and creativity into decorating it and filling it with high quality furniture, bedding and kitchenware. We had everything we needed to cook, relax and get a good night sleep. Our kids especially appreciated the games, books, Roku and hot chocolate and parents enjoyed the comfy mattress, fun free samples and well stocked kitchen. We've stayed in a lot of different airbnbs but the kids said this one is the best in the WORLD! The location is perfect for walking to the town center or many trail heads. The hosts are super friendly and easy to communicate with.

The place is very well thought out. A couple highlights: the water cooler! Such a good gesture since it’s so dry and hot! It has small package of everything you may need. Everything in the kitchen is spotless and ready to use. You also find wax and the sled for the white sands national park. I think it’s one of the best thought out house and I highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy driving access to White Sands National Park, Three Rivers Petroglyph Site, and other local attractions. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and we found it clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the thoughtful amenities provided. It really made our stay more enjoyable. Pro tip for anyone visiting White Sands National Park: check the garage! We were thrilled to find sleds and wax left by previous guests, which saved us from having to purchase them. We appreciated the convenience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to other families looking for a comfortable base to explore the region.

My mom and I used Cloudcroft as our hub for a week while visiting Carlsbad Caverns, Roswell, Alamogordo and White Sands. It was so nice to return to Brianna's peaceful home in the mountains each night after full sight-seeing days. We also explored Cloudcroft's abundant shops, restaurants, Devil's Elbow and Mexican Canyon Trestle. The people of Cloudcroft were all extremely friendly. Brianna's home was as pictured/described and clean. She proactively dropped off a new water jug and coffee beans. The artwork around the home was mainly Cloudcroft themes including prints by local artist Samantha Odom, who also created the public murals seen around town. And last but not least, be ready for daily visits from Mule deer families and once there were even a pair of wild horses that came by!

We've stayed at Rudy's amazing house before and loved it. Unfortunately our trip this time didn't work out as planned. But their communication is stellar and they are gracious hosts - would always recommend staying with them.

It wasour Anniversary and got Kevins place for locatoin and after looking at a few pictures i was sold. Granted it was a little much for my wife and it having 6 beautiful bedrooms 3 full bath and 2 0r 3 half baths a spacious garage. But it was everything my wife and i wre looking for.

We felt at home and enjoyed the 2-night stay at this lovely house. The location is great for us to visit White Sands NP. Melissa provided many useful information including place to eat. We were originally disappointed the sleds were not available for us to take to White Sands NP, but we ended up renting sand board at visitor center with $25 and had so much fun. We have college kids so it turned out better doing sand boarding. We would love to come back to stay longer to visit other fun places. Thank you, Melissa.

Tammy and Susan were very responsive. The place has everything you need. It was very clean and roomy enough for my 2 dogs and myself. Within walking distance to pickleball courts and great trails for leisure walk. The private deck was awesome. The sound of the wind was so soothing. I had an awesome time and will definitely be back soon.

The view was absolutely amazing and beautiful. It was clean and exactly what we needed during our time of need .

Great location with very comfortable beds and very clean. We enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We stayed on the tail end of winter/ early spring. For future people staying here, the heat works really well, be sure to turn it down or even off at night so you don’t get too hot as the temperatures outside drop. It was very easy to open a window to cool things down a bit as well. Beautiful place and great stay. Would definitely come again! Thank you so much.

Beautiful place to stay in a great town. Served as an excellent basecamp for the National Parks and other activities nearby. Plenty of hiking and adventure close by as well. Great as a long weekend getaway.

The unit was very cute and affordable for 2 people for a mini getaway. My only concern is the walls are thin and therefore the family that was in unit 3-you could hear them talking & their music playing. When they finally got quiet- it was peaceful. The bed was very comfortable!

OSHA unit one is very modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated. You park literally in front of the door on the east side and on the west side is another door from the living area to a long covered deck or porch. You are a one minute walk from Burro Street. This is possibly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—immaculate!

I instantly felt right at home! The place was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and free of any clutter, with fantastic amenities that made the stay even better. It looks even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Check-in and check-out were very simple and convenient. The location is perfect — just minutes away from restaurants, gas stations, and Cloudcroft’s main street. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable, peaceful, and secure. I would definitely recommend it!
