Monthly Rentals in Alameda

Location is close to Webster street near newer restaurants of Alameda, place is nice and cozy. Had a few issues come up with hot water and internet (internet was just a one time issue), Tina was very responsive and helpful to address the issues.

Ashley’s studio suite was very comfortable, clean, neat, and tidy, quiet, and has many great amenities including a nice size kitchen. It was perfect for morning coffee, breakfast and evening appetizers. We opted to have most of our meals out. The sheets (so soft) and towels were fluffy white and high quality. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The studio is located within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants. We had two amazing dinners at Almanac Brew company and Saltbreaker. Yum! We Uber’ed to Yoshi’s for dinner and a show. Fabulous! Thank you Ashley for sharing your sweet vacation property. Diane & Mark

We had a great stay! Mason was a wonderful host with great communication. This is a very comfortable airbnb with easy street parking and a great location.

Alan's place is a cozy 1 bedroom apartment which is very well equipped with all that you will need. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The location was excellent with a short block to Park St. and several very good carry out food places, Mideastern, sushi, a bakery, wine and cheese shop , coffee and a small grocery store. My son lives close by so I hope that I will be able to return next year.
