Mr. Tuncer and his son Doruk are friendly and sincere people. Their house is a vineyard house among the fields, with silence and peace around. The house has all kinds of items and the house is spotless. It has a large garden and barbecue/stone oven area. It also has a terrace in front of the living room with a dining table. I was looking for a quiet and clean place where I can have a good night's sleep during my one-night stay, this house is a great option if you are a person who loves nature and gives peace to people like in the photos. It's also close to beaches like sunset, Alaçatı and the fountain. You can come right in front of the house with your car and park it comfortably. Mr. Tuncer immediately responded to the minor deficiencies in the house and fixed the problems. I felt very well in this house, it would be the ideal choice for those looking for nature, peace and quiet.

We didn't have any problems except for the occasional power outage. It has a very pleasant terrace and a spacious living room. Ideal for 3 couples or 6 people. Having a microphone and speaker for karaoke made our stay very enjoyable.

Excellent host, helpful, trustworthy. Will stay again.

We stayed at the house of Mr. Ozan and Ms. Ilyada, there is nothing to say. Everything was perfect as in the photos, everything was thought out. Very comfortable home. Really 10-15 min drive to everywhere. The house is spotless and the garden is enormous. When we needed it, Mr. Ozan immediately helped us a few times. I know it as my most comfortable and peaceful holiday. I felt right at home everything was so clean and new. The furniture and house items were of good quality. I can't really find anything. Very central location! On weekends it is very noisy at night, but very pleasant on weekdays. We felt very comfortable at the place. Very nice decor. The owner was always available.

Mr. Murat and his wife Asli are very friendly and they answered all our questions, everything was as I expected, hygiene and protection were very important for me, I felt very reliable, it would only be very good if they could make the pool a hot pool, the pool system could use better when the weather is broken... Everything I can do was clean, the kitchen utensils could be selected a little more carefully, we had a very nice, wonderful Ramadan holiday, and the lighting systems were very nice, and all our questions were answered or everything was said to be done for us, if you said the location, everything was available in the center.... Our brother Uğur greeted us at the first entrance to the house. We are a very understanding and friendly brother. We felt like we came to our family friend's house with very warm and absolutely sharp rules like a host family, we thank him very much. There was a helpful attitude, starting with the booking. An upstairs apartment was recommended and we booked it as we would prefer a better view. The apartment was clean, tidy, towels, sheets, etc. Hair dryer and iron were provided upon our request. It has a beautiful view, garden-nature-sea composition. We woke up in the morning with the birds chirping. There is also a nice sunrise view from the room. It has a very spacious and well-maintained garden. It was helpful to find the location, google maps was prevented from directing it in a bad way. ~ There is a dirt road that goes for 50 meters, we said it would be nice to have a Valinor sign at the entrance of this road, they stated that they thought. We went in an electric vehicle and were allowed to charge. It also has parking for a few cars. There is no elevator in the building, but since there are two different entrances, I think there is a maximum of 1 floor to carry luggage. We didn't miss it, but there's no wifi for those who need it. We were satisfied in every way. Thank you to Mr. Berkant.

I'm staying at this place, which I enjoy so much, for the second time this month. I feel like I'm at home here now. A very friendly and peaceful home, Mr. Şükrü is incredibly helpful and thoughtful as always. He prepared everything before we arrived. Transportation is very comfortable, the air is clean, the sunset on the terrace is unique, it's great. We can walk to the sea in 3 minutes in the most beautiful area of Urla. I am very lucky to have discovered this place. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Şükrü. I hope we did not disturb you. See you again.

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

Super host and super nice and humble family! Do not aspect any luxury. Its a real Turkish 🇹🇷 Local home humble to the heart. It just like the pictures. I refer again do not aspect luxury. Toilet is a classic humble Turkish style. If you like real experiences don’t think twice! The views are amazing and sun set can make your day 🌞 Plenty of friendly cats 🐈 just outside the building. They might come and ask for food as I feed them for 12 days! If you don’t like cats don’t blame the host!!!

We are met with a very nice welcome. Everything was phenomenal, a cute little alacati house. There are all other tools and equipment at home. We'll recommend it to everyone. 👍🏻
