A much nicer place than the photos. Just great! Every detail is really thought out. Ms. Asli was always hospitable, warm and caring. We stayed with our friends for 2 nights. We had a quiet, calm and peaceful stay in a spacious garden. The kitchen had everything to cook. We felt like home. It's such a pleasant house that we literally forgot to go outside. Tastefully furnished, immaculate and comfortable stay, their room was comfortable and the bathroom was very stylish. Since it is a few minutes walk from the bazaar and located in the village of Bademli, we did our grocery shopping from here. A 10 minute drive to the surrounding beaches, very ideally located for a summer holiday. Since there is a fireplace, this place can be very enjoyable in winter and autumn, we would love to come back.

We will not forget the 5 days we spent in this house, which has all kinds of comfort in the peaceful quiet neighborhood, with extremely gulerious, hospitable and helpful neighbors. I hope you can meet again. We would like to thank our host, Ms. Gülay. It was our first time in Ayvalık, but it will definitely not be the last.

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

If you want to feel at home, you can choose it without thinking. Both immaculately raw, tidy, and have everything you may need at home. If you have the slightest problem, Ms. Gizem immediately comes up with a solution. She also refunded us because there was a problem with our shower and we were trying to help. A host I would prefer without thinking if I stay upright again. Have plenty of guest 🙂🙃

It was a nice holiday, they only had their pier because we arrived at the end of September, we would have gotten this information from them, but we used the pier in the neighbors next door, the house is a little busy as in the photos, but we were generally satisfied, the sand after the pier at the sea was nice, thank you

A very beautiful village located halfway up the mountain. You can directly see the sea. The villagers are very enthusiastic and will help us when we encounter problems. It is a very good place and worth coming back in the future😁😁😁😁

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

It was definitely the best airbnb experience we've had. The house is just like in the photos, it's a place where you can have a great time. It is operated with the Simurg inn hotel, the people at the hotel were very helpful whenever we needed. We felt at home at every moment.

Our stay has been just blissful. Hosts are incredibly nice and responsive. He gave us v clear instructions ahead of our arrival and then a detailed list of recommendations for nearby activities, restaurants and amenities. The place was pristine, every detail has been taken care of. We had our own large garden l, which was perfect for our dog. We will definitely visit again!!!

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The area of the house does not disturb the heat even in the heat of the summer. There's everything a family needs in the house. Thank you for everything, Ms. Aslihan.

We had a peaceful holiday experience surrounded by nature. The garden was both comfortable and quite clean. It was great to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and enjoy the garden in the evening. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to get away from the city karamas and relax. The host was also very caring and welcoming. Thanks for everything..

Great accommodation! An entire house, well equipped, clean, kids friendly, near to super market, restaurants and near to Vatera beach as well. Hosts really friendly, welcomed us with a plate of fresh melon. We would definitely choose the same place to stay in a future trip to Mytilini island. Thank you very much, Joanna!!

The hosts are very warm and sweet people have nice conversations. We were greeted by a very sweet house among the olive trees where we watched a magnificent valley. The house is equipped with everything you need. In addition, let me say that we really like the specially prepared olive oil of the region, it added a special flavor to our dishes. We came at the time when the weather was both sunny and rainy, and we enjoyed both of them separately. It was very enjoyable to sip our coffee while sitting in the garden. Quiet and peaceful environment. And we got along very well with Gaia, we had a really smart and adorable friend who listened to it.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Mr. Okan and his wife Özgür were very caring until we left the first day of our stay and provided every opportunity they could to make us feel at home. As a family, they were very friendly and friendly. Although it wasn't included in our stay, they made us a fabulous breakfast table for the duration of our stay when we asked for extra breakfast. Mr. Okan gave us very nice directions about the environment until he arrived and left. He showed us the places where we could buy natural products such as Olive Oil,Cheese,Butter, which the families in the village made to them. Their small daughter Ayşe was very pleasant to talk and friendly. Thank you so much for opening their homes to us with our two Dogs. When we wanted to stay in Balabanlı, we had a 2nd house. We will always visit this beautiful family.

From the first communication we had, everything was accurate, clear and friendly to the moment we left the last house and clicked the car horn and left. We would like to thank Mr. Tufan and Ms. Yeliz for their friendly face and sincerity. We had a 4 night stay where we felt like we were staying in our own home with our wife and one and a half year old. You can choose with peace of mind.

Ms. Gülcan sincerely gave us all the information and support we may need before and during the stay. We stayed for 4 people and 2 nights. The location and garden of the house literally felt in nature. Although it was reached by passing through the village, the fact that there was no building etc. that would disturb the privacy of the house and from the garden made it feel very peaceful and at home. As of the season, it was possible to enjoy the garden day and night without getting cold/warm. We were also able to enjoy the fireplace in the cool of the evening. We were able to visit the surrounding villages (Adatepe, Yeşilyurt, Behram) during these three days, and the location was nice. As a suggestion, we think that the kitchen utensils of the house can be a little more diversified/renovated, and it may be beneficial to overhaul the shower cabin. Apart from these, we can say that we had a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday. Thank you very much to Ms. Gülcan for her hospitality 😊

I absolutely love visiting Skala Sikamenia and this is my second time staying at this location. The rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the public parking lot is right beside and all stores and fish taverns are a 3 minute walk (if that). I'll be back again. Thank you for the hospitality.
