We thank Ms. Öncekile Nevay very much for her interest and sincerity. We stayed at his house with 4 people, we had everything we needed and everything was very clean. The location of the house was very good. Since we didn't know the area very well, he helped us a lot during our trip. We will definitely choose it again on our next Ayvalık trip. First of all, we would like to thank Ms. Gizem and her family for their warm welcome and sincere conversations accompanied by tea and coffee. Ms. Gizem contacted us from the moment the reservation was confirmed and stated that she was ready to help with everything 24/7. She helped us with the check-in time, which was very important to us. When we came home, it was much more beautiful than it looked in the photos. From the moment we entered the door, I loved the cleanliness, tidiness, I loved the decoration… it is on a very pleasant, very peaceful and quiet street, but close enough to the center and the sea to walk. I can also say that it is the safest place I have ever stayed. It met all my expectations. Those who are sensitive about cleanliness and tidiness like me can choose it without hesitation. We left with good memories. It has a parking lot. We did not have any problems. Thank you very much again for everything. Ms. Gizem and her family are very good and caring people, we are very pleased to have known them.

The house was generally nice and clean, we came with our dog as a group of friends, it is suitable for group stays. The village people and the host Osman are friendly and helpful, the conversation was enjoyable. The house is bigger than it looks in the photo, there could be bigger pans/pots and oil in the kitchen. Since we came by car, we easily reached the nearby bays. You'd better do the grocery shopping in advance.

Are you captivated by cozy streets with plenty of coffee and tea houses and all kinds of restaurants in your immediate vicinity? Moreover, the sea is a 5-minute walk away and within 15 minutes by minibus at a good swimming beach? Then this is the perfect home. We will definitely be back.

It was simply a flawless stay. If you are going to the Assos, Behram area as a large family or with a group of friends, I highly recommend Mr. Emre's place. Everything is thought out and presented to make it a comfortable stay. Mr. Emre is very helpful with everything.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. Everything was thought of and provided, even spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

First of all, you are not renting the house of Engin Bey, you are a guest. She's a very warm person who helps with everything. The house is wonderful in nature and environment like a classic village house. It's much better than the photos, the only problem is the location and the transportation, which is the only thing you need to pay attention to is that it's a perfect place to relax and distract.

Beautiful place, stunning views, lovely host. Highly recommend if you just want to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful view and visit nearby Assos. The place is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Kids loved the little cats and pool. Only minor negative is the nearby mosque that goes off at 6am and some construction noise while we were there Sep 2024. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you're planning a quiet and uncrowded vacation. Especially the walks you will take into the village offer a different panorama of Edremit Bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and windless coastal area. We returned home with the taste of wonderful feelings and pleasant moments on this holiday we went as a family, and I plan to go again. A

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

It was a pleasure to stay at Mr. Ali’s place. He was very helpful, always online if we needed any help. He even greeted us and took us (we were 4 people) home. Location of the house is very central. Literally 2-5 minutes away from everything you can do in Ayvalik. Thank you for hosting us. If we ever decide to return, we will definitely choose this place again.

Anna's house was very close to the street, you can walk everywhere. We could always find a parking space in front of the house. A large studio apartment, we didn't cook in the kitchen, but there were ingredients that might be needed. The only disadvantage of the house was that the church nearby rang the bell constantly on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

A much nicer place than the photos. Just great! Every detail is really thought out. Ms. Asli was always hospitable, warm and caring. We stayed with our friends for 2 nights. We had a quiet, calm and peaceful stay in a spacious garden. The kitchen had everything to cook. We felt like home. It's such a pleasant house that we literally forgot to go outside. Tastefully furnished, immaculate and comfortable stay, their room was comfortable and the bathroom was very stylish. Since it is a few minutes walk from the bazaar and located in the village of Bademli, we did our grocery shopping from here. A 10 minute drive to the surrounding beaches, very ideally located for a summer holiday. Since there is a fireplace, this place can be very enjoyable in winter and autumn, we would love to come back.

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. We had a great time at the house. The quiet, private and calm environment was what we needed. The access to the small beach and the big dining table in the "private garden" added a lot to the whole experience of our stay there. We will visit again for sure!
