Located in the very heart of Mytilene, our small (~35 sq.m.) , yet cozy apartment meets your every need; either for an early morning stroll by the pier, or a late night expedition into the unique culinary/beverage arts, immersing yourself into the hustle and bustle of the commercial district, or just relaxing in the park, your "anchor point" will always be a breath away. An inch away from the bus-stop to the airport and a 10 min walk from the port.

Our house is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. Our distance to the sea is 160 steps on foot.

Our 1+1 garden floor apartment is located on the lower floor of our own building, surrounded by greenery. It is in a calm and peaceful area, 7-8 minutes by car to Cunda Bridge. It is very close to kite surfing schools and is very suitable for those who do not want to be affected by the traffic and noise of the center. It is easy to access the grocery store and the market. Ayvalık State Hospital is 10-15 minutes away by car.

My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.
