Our place is in Büyükhusun, 8.5 km from Assos, in the Ayvacık district of Çanakkale province, in that peaceful village where people still do not lock their doors. It wouldn't be a lie to say it has the most spectacular view of the village! The sea as far as the eye can see from the valley, Lesbos right in front of you, Ayvalık Islands on your left, Kadırga Bay on your right… The fresh air of the Kaz Mountains, absolute silence, maybe the occasional bell sounds from a flock of sheep or goats. Where the stars are seen most clearly! Away from the crowd, close to the clouds.

Reach the sea in 5 minutes by car and enjoy the sea and sun at the beaches that do not charge an entrance fee. Enjoy the same pleasure at public beaches as well. Relieve the fatigue of the sea while sipping your coffee on the large panoramic porch of your house, which is for your exclusive use. Capture the island of Lesbos and the Sea while walking the paths that enter the forest in the cool of the morning. If you're lucky, you can pick thyme and brew tea. Travel through history by visiting the ancient city of Assos and its school of philosophy.

Our two-storey, air-conditioned detached stone house is located in the historical Kale Neighborhood and is within a 10-minute walk to the Red Basilica, the city center and the Ancient City Acropolis cable car. 15 minutes by car to Kozak Plateau, 25 minutes to Dikili coast. 2nd Row to the Sea, 2+1 Garden Floor in a Decent Location Our house is a 2+1 garden floor located 30 meters from the sea in the İskele neighborhood. It has its own front and back gardens. There is a blue flag beach 30 meters away. You can also reach Ören Beach in 5 minutes by car. The marina is two rows in front of our house. There are many cafes and restaurants around this lively and bustling area throughout the day. You can walk to these places in 2 minutes from the house.

THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER AND IS 150MT ON FOOT TO THE BEACH. 5 MIN WALK TO ÖREN BAZAAR, 5 MIN WALK TO RESTAURANTS TO CAFELERE BARS. THERE ARE BASKETBALL COURTS AND TENNIS COURTS ON THE BEACH 100 MT AWAY FROM THE HOUSE, THERE ARE CHILDREN 'S PARKS NEXT TO THE CAR PARK. IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS IN THE CITY CENTER. THE HOUSE IS AYRIYETTEN TERASIDA AND THERE IS A BARBECUE. ACCOMMODATES UP TO 6 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE.
