When you turn your head slightly to the left, you will see the Necropolis and the West Gate standing in all its majesty, and you will see how close you are to the Temple of Athena and the streets where Aristotle taught. You are within walking distance of cafes and restaurants from this painting studio/home with private parking.

A peaceful environment where you can enjoy the garden under the glow of history. Our two-storey, air-conditioned detached stone house is located in the historical Kale Neighborhood and is within a 10-minute walk to the Red Basilica, the city center and the Ancient City Acropolis cable car. 15 minutes by car to Kozak Plateau, 25 minutes to Dikili coast. Check the guides section for recommendations. Also, please let me know if you would like to use a transfer from the airport or from Bergama.

THERE ARE BASKETBALL COURTS AND TENNIS COURTS ON THE BEACH 100 MT AWAY FROM THE HOUSE, THERE ARE CHILDREN 'S PARKS NEXT TO THE CAR PARK. IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS IN THE CITY CENTER. THE HOUSE IS AYRIYETTEN TERASIDA AND THERE IS A BARBECUE. ACCOMMODATES UP TO 6 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE.

The garden floor apartment and garden are completely for our guests. The upper floor of the stone house is an apartment with an independent entrance from above, where family members stay at certain times.
