Vacation rentals with beach access in Akçay

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

We had a wonderful experience. The house is perfectly located in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to all the restaurants and museums. It was quiet, and we slept very well. I have traveled from Athens where I had a bad experience with accomodation but coming to Mytilene was nothing but positive experience. Reigert's place was lovely little gem. I only stayed evenings to rest but it was exactly what I needed. Close to restaurants and shops. THe little kitchen was enough to make myself a dinner too. The bed was super comfortable. I loved it! The town has so much going on that this little apartment is just perfect. If I ever come back, I would love to stay here again. Thank you lovely hosts Reigert and his mom.

Do not try to enter the front of the house by believing in map applications:) The easiest parking method is migros or miran parking. The house is quite spacious. Both rooms are suitable for couples. The rooms have their own bathrooms. It was a very pleasant stay on our behalf. If I try to explain Mr. Mete's hospitality, it would be unfair to him. Make 1 stay, get 1 friend. Thank you so much. When she found out that we were going to stay with our 1.5-year-old child, she even shared the items she had for her own child. I've never met such a beautiful host in my life.

We thank Mr. Özhan and the hosts for their interest. We stayed with five people and were satisfied. We had a little trouble with the air conditioner's electrical installation in the double room being incomplete. The house is 8-10 minutes by car from Sarımsaklı. If there is a car, transportation is generally comfortable. There are very nice venues around as well.

That's why I'm going to pass on the most important notes. When we arrived at the house, we loved the cleanliness and tidiness of the house. Everything was so perfectly thought out that we brought most of the cleaning supplies, etc. with us from Istanbul. But we saw when we got home that it wasn't necessary. Everything from a vacuum cleaner to white vinegar was available for hygiene at home. The hosts offered all kinds of amenities, including Netflix subscription. They give great directions before and after you enter the house. You shouldn't hesitate to choose this place. The hosts' caring and kind nature is also admirable. The house was really thoughtfully prepared, everything we could need was available and most importantly, it was spotless. We were very satisfied, if we come from the house, we will stay there again. A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

The accommodation is located in the port of Mytilene, only 20 minutes from the airport. You can find parking and move around the alleys that are full of fast food, restaurants and coffee shops. It was spotless and provided all the comforts. I'll definitely choose it again.

Our lovely host was incredibly friendly , and very thoughtful about our stay being easy and nice. Everything was thought out in the house, there were nice treats, amenities and surprises that would not miss the comfort of the hotel, we thank him in the heart, we had a very nice and comfortable holiday thanks to the family. We stayed in Mytilene and absolutely loved the place we stayed at. The check-in was super easy, the balcony was so romantic, and the bed was really comfortable. Mistegna is a nostalgic seaside village living in the 80s. We spent a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is 10 meters from the sea and has a small beach with pebbles. The house has almost everything you need for a short vacation. Anastasia is a good host. Highly recommend

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed.
