Location: close to the city center and the train station (500 m each). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard, a car in the private parking lot (150 m).

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house.
