We absolutely loved Clare's home so clean and inviting felt relaxed and comfortable if needed anything Clare was at end of phone and always happy to help if you needed any thing love this part of the world we will definitely be going back beds so comfortable slept ever night can't fault anything xxx

What a stunning little cottage. Great space for me, hubby and our dog. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and more. It was very comfortable and cosy and the attention to detail is amazing. The welcome basket was an added bonus and very much appreciated. It was just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bedale and it has everything you need.

We had a fantastic stay in a fabulous house. It was lovely and felt like a home from home. Our stay could not have been better.The accommodation had everything you could want and more, particularly the extra welcome pack which was very much appreciated.The location is ideal to discover and visit all of what the area has to offer. Stayed two nights at Alison’s place. Had really helpful friendly communication from Alison before arrival and clear instruction on finding and accessing the property. First impressions were great. The village is lovely and Alison’s place itself is gorgeous. The welcome pack and the tea/coffee making provisions were very much appreciated. Everything was clean and well presented and it was a great base for exploring North Yorkshire (we did Forbidden Corner, Wensleydale creamery and Middleham castle). Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.
