Felix's apartment is beautiful, spacious, has a nice balcony, full of comforts and has a great bed! You can walk to the sea within 5 minutes. Good restaurants are nearby. Alicante is worth a visit. We had wonderful days and we definitely recommend Felix's B&B!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The apartment corresponds in everything to what is detailed, 3 spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with terrace… It has everything you need to spend a few days without any problems. Everything is very clean, comfortable beds. Around the corner there is a supermarket, 3 bakeries, and a little further on the promenade with plenty of options to eat. It is located on 2nd row from the sea, but it is a 5-minute walk and you get to the beach, which is sandy and very good for children. It has a garage for a large car that makes everything easy. Roberto was there for us and quickly answered my questions. He was flexible with the schedules. He came to give us the keys and show us the entire apartment. Thank you very much for everything and I hope to see you soon because we will definitely be back

We had an amazing time in Arelia's appartment. The location is incredible and the apartment has everything you could possibly need for a short holidays but also for a long stay/remote working experience. it is really well equiped. The beds was comfortable, all the rooms have fans or air conditioning. Is also very close to everything in Santa Pola, one minute far from the beach... this is one of those gems that you only want to keep for yourself... We were able to enjoy our holidays and relax as well as create so many nice memories with our family. I will definitively be back on my next holidays to Santa Pola. Gracias Aurelia! best of luck!

A perfect stay!!The arrival Marisa is attentive at all times and the departure is the same!!The Talby house as shown in the photos and all the supermarkets and beach very close by. The neighbors are very friendly and the residential super quiet to disconnect for a few days! A good little spot to enjoy all that Benidorm has to offer, and just as described. The area the apartment is in is just off the Rincon De Loix, quite near Lidl, so it's very handy to be able to get a few cheap bits in there for the cupboard (rather than buying from those overpriced convenience stores around the city). It's in a quiet area although we did hear a bit of noise from the other apartments but I suppose this is to be expected, nothing that ruined our holiday though. The bed was comfy, and there was a good sized TV with Premium YouTube etc, and everything we needed was there for us. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace, watching the doves flying around while having a coffee, although it does get hot out there once the Sun arcs round and hits it full on (great if you need to dry some clothes though if traveling light). Anyway we had a great time (Benidorm in February, was as good as ever, we saw countless live acts in just a few days) and Chris & Marie kept us informed throughout.

4 Bedroom Villa with Spectacular Views

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The place was spotless, just like the photos, and had everything we needed — especially the kitchen, which was really well-equipped. The pool was a definite highlight and just steps from the house, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hosts were lovely, helped with our transfers, and made check-in super easy. We’d definitely come back and would happily recommend it to others!

This is our first time staying on an Airbnb and we can say that we were very comfortable, the apartment meets expectations, it is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the sheets and towels are perfect. Antonio was aware of everything, his recommendations were accurate and the treatment and kindness was exquisite. The apartment is spacious and perfect for four people, although on this occasion there were only three of us. Finestrat is a town that is very good but the best thing is that in 13 minutes you are in Benidorm and in its fabulous Poniente beach as well as it is also close to other places of interest. We are very grateful to Antonio for collaborating in that our days of disconnection from the routine have been so good. If we come back to the area, no doubt we will repeat.

Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Paco was very kind and attentive to any need we had. It has everything you need to spend a few days there and with the addition of picina and barbecue. The location is very good, less than 20m drive away from coves such as Granadella and Moraig.

Nice stay at the place. The great location two steps down the beach. As a recommendation it would be good for it to be specified in the listing that the parking does not enter the reservation, you have to pay €10 per day. Otherwise, everything is correct.
