Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Attic with views of the city

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

La Talaia is an ideal house for both families and groups of friends who want to spend a few days in the beautiful rural village of Bocairent. The house has a total of three floors inside and a fourth floor outside or "rooftop" with views of the Sierra de Mariola and much of the old town of this wonderful inland village. The Little Flat in Ontinyent

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful place. Stay in a unique place in Ontinyent, you will be in the center of the town, close to all the sights. The apartment has a bedroom with a bathroom and a sofa bed in the dining room. It has air conditioning and also 2 ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.
