Beautiful newly renovated apartment located by the sea in the coastal city of Águilas. It has two bedrooms, one with two separate beds and the other with a 1.50 cm bed. Separate kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. It has a washing machine and a large balcony overlooking the ocean for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by removing its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. It also has ceiling fans.

This fabulous apartment is in the Private Residential Al Andalus Thalassa, in Vera Playa and has; two outdoor swimming pools, a heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, two paddle courts, a tennis court and large gardens to stroll where you will find, fountains, benches, several playgrounds and even a waterfall.

Located in a private complex (Beach & resort Playa Macenas) that has everything you need for a quiet holiday by the sea, with direct access to Playa Macenas and close to the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. The complex has two swimming pools and one of them is located next to the main terrace of my accommodation (ideal for families with children). Wifi, private garage, and 24-hour security. A very special house, due to its location, design and decoration. Located in the town of Las Negras, a 10-minute walk from the town and the beach. It borders the natural park in a totally quiet enclave where you can enjoy wonderful starry skies. The pool and outdoor seating area are totally private and face the Natural Park. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.
