Super séjour. Pablo et Mari étaient très rapidement joignables et nous ont donné les informations nécessaires à temps.

piso pequeño pero super bien equipado y práctico además de limpissimo y cuidado con unas encantadoras vistas del mar desde las ventanas y sobretodo desde la magnífica terraza. los anfitriones fueron muy atentos contestando en breve tiempo a cualquier pregunta.

L'appartamento molto comodo e pulito; un po' troppo basica l'attrezzatura della cucina: mancavano i piatti fondi e l'unico pentolino portava i segni del tempo. La posizione comoda, ma un po' decentrata, per cui era possibile raggiungere le principati mete turistiche della città, ma c'era da camminare per una mezz'ora. Essendo stata lì ad aprile, con una certa costanza si trovava parcheggio, ma credo che in alta stagione sia un incubo (ma questo non è un problema dell'alloggio, bensì di Almería)

Lovely 2nd floor apartment in a large block overlooking the Med. Well appointed - lovely terrace to sit on and watch the world go by. 5 minute walking distance to the harbour where there are a varied mix of restaurants, bars and clubs. 5 minute walking distance to the Dia supermarket, but it's quite a steep uphill walk. Parking plentiful on the street Beach is clean and is raked every day

Unos días muy agradables . Muy recomendable. Saray un encanto. Las playas de Almería nada que envidiar a un paraíso. La comida maravilla,nos quedamos con el típico arroz con bogavante en el chiringuito de cabo de Gata enfrente del mar ,todo un lujazo .Despues del día de playa al anochecer música en directo en pleno paseo marítimo ,nos dejo alucinados.Sin duda para repetir.Muchas gracias por la estancia.

Alojamiento bien ubicado, limpio y ordenado, perfecto para disfrutar de Almería. El anfitrión amable y respondía rápido, en general todo fantástico.

Absolute Empfehlung! Kike und Nadja haben uns großartige Tipps für die Gegend gegeben und waren wahnsinnig freundlich! Die Wohnung ist außerdem wirklich hübsch eingerichtet - Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt :)

sehr gute Location; wenn man etwas Ruhe und keine Partymeile sucht. Tolle Aussicht, liegt ausserhalb von Almeria - ist aber mit dem Rad/Auto in 10min zu erreichen. Gerne wieder

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

Muy cerca de la playa, para ir andando. zona tranquila con ambiente familiar, para disfrutar de la playa y descansar. Lo malo, que en pueblo no hay mucho que hacer. Recomiendo la pizzeria

absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

La casa mejoró nuestras expectativas!!! Mucho mejor que en las fotografías 🙂🙂. Un ricón con muchísimo encanto y no le falta un detalle. La terraza ideal para pasar unos buenos ratos en familia (mi hijo y mi perro han disfrutado mucho de ella). La cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. El baño super chulo y grande. La ducha está súper bien y el agua cae con bastante potencia. Equipado con lo necesario. El sofa cama y la cama super cómodos. Y destacar, los anfitriones, son de 10. Super amables, accesibles, simpáticos y atentos en todo momento. Pendientes de cada detalle en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir 🥰🥰. Lo recomendamos 100%. Si alguna volvemos por su tierra, no tenemos duda que cogeremos el mismo rinconcito para alojarnos. Gracias por todo Isabel 🙂🙂

La casa está súper bien. Las fotos no hacen justicia, la casa es mucho mejor de lo que parece en la web. Hemos estado muy cómodos y si volvemos por la zona no dudaremos en repetir

het was een zeer leuke studio. alles was kraaknet. het uitzicht was fantastisch. de communicatie met rosa is geweldig. ze antwoord zeer snel en is zeer vriendelijk het enige spijtige was dat er veel werken waren in de buurt maar daar kan de gastvrouw niks aan doen. ook was het zeer attent dat er koffie,water en fruit was. zelfs een kleine attentie omdat we 4 nachten bleven

Sandra ha sido muy buena anfitriona. Al apartamento no le faltaba un detalle (muy a valorar todo) y era todo tal y como se describe en las fotos. Ha sido flexible con nuestra llegada y nuestra salida y la comunicación ha sido perfecta en todo momento. El apartamento es justo lo que buscábamos: sitio tranquilo, a un minuto del mar y con buena oferta de bares y restaurantes por la zona. Hemos estado muy bien, sitio muy recomendable.

Sitio tranquilo a pie de playa con un paseo espectacular, el apartamento tiene una terraza para poder desayunar con unas vistas maravillosas, en general recomendable.

Apartamento amplio y cómodo, fuimos por trabajo y la verdad el piso de adapto a toda nuestras necesidades ya que estaba cerca del lugar de trabajo… Repetiríamos!!!

Great stay. Renovation of the apartment has been done magnificent. Only downside (for us with kids) was that the bar below the apartment can be loudly till late hours.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.
