Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Agios Nikolaos

Lovely well situated studio apartment right on the sea. The facilities were all needed for a month stay. The town/village is very picturesque facing a wide beach which is 20 m from apartment. It was january so most tourist restaurants/coffee shops were closed but enough open to enjoy the quiet period. Weather was excellent (for the time of year). Bed was comfortable, seating on balcony was fine and kitchen facilities more than adequate for 1-2 persons. The roads around village are very narrow so parked car at a distance. I had a very excellent month in Mirtos and did not want to drive. Enjoyed sunshine and sea.

Appartement spacieux, propre, lumineux, très agréable avec une vue au loin vers la mer. Les équipements sont nombreux et de qualité. Quartier calme et typique. Merci Mike pour votre accueil et un grand merci à votre maman pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Les gâteaux faits maison sont excellents et la corbeille de fruits généreuse. Le garage est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons.

Très bon logement. Eleni est une hôte adorable et attentionnée, très réactive. En plus d'un acceuil chaleureux, elle nous a donné des recommandations de visites, de restaurants, de petits villages authentiques. Le logement est impeccable niveau propreté (le ménage est fait en milieu de semaine), fonctionnel et possède l'air conditionnée . L'arrivée et le départ se font en autonomie, c'est très pratique.

We had the most wonderful stay at Katerina's place. Katerina was kind enough to meet us for check-in and show us around the place. The apartment was even nicer than the photos suggest - everything was pristinely clean and the view out to the sea was stunning. Every day we were treated to a greeting from her 15+ cats and her lovely dog Markos who really made the trip even more memorable. Katerina is so kind, a wonderful host, and made us feel like the apartment was our home for the four days we were there. She even brought us homemade cake on our check out. We would highly highly recommend Katerina's place and would absolutely stay again.

excellente adresse !! très bien situé si vous avez une voiture , a seulement 10mn du centre d heraklion .nous avons reçu toutes les instructions d arriver par mail , c était simple efficace et rapide. l appartement ainsi que le complexe sont très propres, bien équipés et bien entretenus . nous n avons manqué de rien ! piscine et jacuzzi bien appréciable ! nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Die Unterkunft haben wir einfach entsprechend den Anweisungen gefunden. Das Einchecken lief über eine Schlüsselbox. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, die Küche vollständig ausgerüstet, genügen Handtücher und Bettwäsche verfügbar. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Per Chat standen wir in Kontakt mit Manos. Die Wohnung liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, an der wenig befahrenen Straße. Es war ruhig und privat. Das verfügbar Internet war besonders in den Abendstunden sehr instabil, für einfache Sachen ausreichend. Die Wohnung nebenan war nicht vermietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay here was amazing. Evangelia was very responsive and every time we messaged was quick to reply. The airbnb was amazing extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay in crete. Thank you again for an amazing place to stay

Wir haben uns bei Alexis und Nina wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat einfach eine wunderschöne Lage und die Aussicht von der Dach Terrasse ist einfach unglaublich! Der Whirlpool war auch perfekt um die Abende ausklingen zu lassen. Das Check in verlief problemlos, da die beiden rund um die Uhr für uns erreichbar waren. Selbst bei Gesundheitlichen Problemen meinerseits waren die beiden sofort zur Stelle und haben mir geholfen. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigen könnte. Falls man Tipps braucht wohin man schöne Ausflüge unternehmen kann, haben die beiden auch super Tipps parat. Die Umgebung ist auch toll und man hat viele schöne Restaurants und auch Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben eine tolle Zeit gehabt, waren rundum glücklich und würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen. Danke euch!

We had a great stay. The co-Host Rea was super responsive and the views were great as you can see in the pictures. The flat was clean and has a spaciuos balcony. On premises parking was not possible, but there are parking possibilities next to the road. The place is quite remote, no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, a car is needed. All in all we can recomment to stay here!

My group of 8 had a blast at the Gregory Villa. Nice and spacious backyard area that is perfect for relaxing, and plenty of interior space to accommodate all of us. Celine was one of the most attentive and communicative hosts I’ve ever had, offering us tons of recommendations for things to do during the day (and even booking them for our group) as well as providing us with transfer services all throughout the Heraklion area. Highly recommended and hope to return another time!

Nikos was an out standing host - the property was second to none - really pleased I stayed - if I ever go back to Crete, I will definitely stay at this property - thanks again Nikos for being so friendly and helpful, bo5h you and your wife - by far the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at.

Logement charmant, au calme, propre. Nikos et sa famille sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de machine à laver.

I was in a challenging situation when my initial booking was cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in. Due to a lung disability, staying in a hotel where smoking is allowed wasn't an option. In urgent need of accommodation, I requested this beautiful house at the last minute. Christine responded within minutes and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The house exceeded all expectations. Christine has created a tranquil haven with exceptional interior design, easy-to-clean tiled floors, and beautifully fitted furniture. Modern amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and state-of-the-art hob, made my stay comfortable. The kitchen has high-quality cookware and spices, showing Christine's thoughtful consideration of her guests' needs. The saltwater pool and provided yoga mats made exercising in the sea breeze a delight. As a solo female traveller, I felt completely safe. Christine’s hospitality and the serene environment made this an ideal retreat- highly recommend it!

We had a super time with Stefani and Antonis. The villa is super, the pool was warm, the area quiet, and the view down to Herssonios and out right to the mountains was lovely. We chose it because it was walking distance to some shops and restaurants. The village is lovely and a short 5-10min walk from the villa. We were at the very end of the season, so many of the restaurants in the village closed, but we always found somewhere to eat. Herssonios is a longer walk away (maybe 30 mins) and has supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants galore, even after the season ended. We found the walk downhill to the town, and back uphill to the village fine, even with 2 kids. Herssonios itself didn’t hold much charm for us, but we found a taxi to Agios Nikolas (delightful), Heraklion’s museum (more engaging for us than the Athens archeological museum), and Rethimno (lovely old town, laneway cafes, long stretch of beach) filled enough of our days. And with a heated pool to return to, no complaints.

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this place. We loved staying at Eleftherio’s home. They warmly greeted us and quickly made us feel like family. They treated us to many goodies and the house was perfectly ready for us. Modern upgrades throughout, wonderful spa like showers. The best though- The views of the mountains are breathtaking. We also loved visiting the village. The tavern gernios is not to be missed. There is a cafe, bakery, grocery and playground about a 12 minute walk away. Such a peaceful beautiful place- we did not want to leave.

Great room if you have children. Right next to the pool and a yard right outside your door

This was the second year running that we stayed at this apartment(4 weeks this time), and it was just as good as last year. We booked 10 months in advance and was in contact with Michalis 3 or 4 times during the year. Just before we arrived we requested that some provisions were available as we had a very late flight and Michalis provided water, milk, fruit and even some raki with honey! (nice welcome). As usual the apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels; plus a new digital washing machine (quick wash 15 mins! ) The pool is a big bonus if you don't fancy the 20-25 min walk down to Hersonissos. Lots of bars and restaurants in the nearby villages of Piskopiano and Koutoufoulari. Car hire is also available. Already thinking of returning next year.

Sehr großes Appartment mit großem Balkon. Stelios war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und immer für uns da. Wir haben uns in seiner Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, Bäcker im Haus nebenan, Stadtzentrum und Strandpromenade mit Läden, Restaurants und allem was man so braucht nur 5 Minuten entfernt und trotzdem sehr entspannte Parksituation. Wir würden gerne noch einmal hier zu übernachten versuchen, wenn wir noch einmal hierher kommen.

καλό για τα χρήματα του.. προσέφερε πράγματα που άλλοι δεν προσέφεραν,όπως σκούπα φαράσι.. σφουγγαρίστρα και καθαριστικά.. καινούργια σφουγγάρια για μπάνιο και αφρολουτρο.. ο χώρος θα μπορούσε να ήταν λιγάκι πιο προσεγμένος ομως

Maria is a wonderful host. I enjoyed her place, the area and the culture of Crete. I will definitely be coming back.

Το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό!🌻Όμορφοι,πεντακάθαροι χώροι και ευρύχωροι,ενώ αξίζει να εξαιρεί κανείς την υπέροχη αισθητική που διέπει το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Το μπαλκόνι είναι τέλειο και έχει θέα σε έναν από τους κεντρικότερους δρόμους της Σητείας. Διαθέτει πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση, μολονότι είναι στην καρδιά του κέντρου. Καταληκτικά, ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να σε εξυπηρετήςει ανά πάσα στιγμή, γεγονός πολύ σπουδαίο! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ,καθώς είναι ό,τι πιο καλαίσθητο μπορεί επιλέξει κάποιος για να απολαύσει τις διακοπές του.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the villa Feronia. Catherine and Manolis left wine and beer in the fridge as well as all the basics needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry corner. The Garden and the pool area is duper nice and well equipped too. As the weather was cool end of October, we used the jacuzzi instead of the pool. Arrival and departure were smoothly organized. Catherine reacted promptly whenever we had a question. We would definitely come again !
