We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!

It was a cosy place, though being relatively small it had everything any guest needs. Christine was very friendly as well! Definitely recommended place to stay in the area and I would 100% come again.

A very nice old house that has been modernly renovated. With a beautiful garden, from the balcony you have a great view of the fjord. The apartment and surroundings are very welcoming.

Great place and we enjoyed 6 adults and 4 children had a great time. Lovely view . Nice for the kids with swimming and playing and fishing by the water . Was well taken care of when something needed fixing . 😊

We spent 4 nights with our 2 children in Erik's house. What a lovely place. The house is extremely well equipped and very nicely decorated. For the children, there are all kinds of toys available. The sea view is phenomenal. This home is absolutely recommended!! The contact with Erik was very nice. He gave us several good tips in terms of activities.

Jonny's Cabin is a true gem! Secluded, cozy, and surrounded by pristine nature, it was the perfect winter retreat. The cabin was warm and well-equipped with a wood fire stove, plenty of firewood, cooking utensils, and comfortable beds. The views of the lake and the stunning trails nearby were unforgettable. We loved exploring the area and soaking in the peace and beauty of the surroundings. Jonny went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we had an issue with our rental car, he immediately came to help, even though he didn’t have to. His positivity and kindness, along with his amazing family, made us feel right at home. This cabin is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! We will be back again in summer and winter to stay here!!

We were 5 ladies from Trondheim who took a short trip to Ingunns cabin. What an incredibly cozy spot! Steep access to the cabin, but we were well informed about this in advance and went just fine for us. Ingunn was a very welcoming host. Lovely view from the hill and very cozy area around the cabin. Well-equipped kitchen and a cozy dining nook where we spent most of the time. Amazing weather on Sunday - which gave us a great terrain in the sun. Thank you so much, we would love to come back!

Linn's place is truly the perfect mountain retreat! The cabin is beautiful, the location is stunning and the view is incredible. We initially planned on staying a week but then extended our trip because we just didn't want to leave! It's also worth noting you'll feel right at home here. The beds are comfortable, the house is cozy and has everything you need! We will certainly be back next winter to explore more of the ski trails and mountains just beyond the front door! We were at Helene's house for Christmas. We felt welcome right from the start. The house was warm and lit, so we could immediately admire the beautiful ambience. Helene has lovingly furnished and decorated everything. We also liked her self-painted pictures. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. The big highlight is the hot tub with panoramic views. The surroundings are very quiet and nice for walking. THANK YOU for this relaxed and restful stay!
