We are a family with small children who want to share our cozy guest house. Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming, etc. The accommodation is located right down to the lake. Bakery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is no washing machine Bed linen, sheets and towels must be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 Tenants leave the house as it is when they arrive. Beautiful drive of about 45 min to Stokkøya. Nice bathtub in bathroom with over 4 meters ceiling height with lake view from both bathtub and shower. In winter there are nice skiing opportunities in Austdalen (10 min drive) and Momyr (30 min drive). 5G internet.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.
