A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

We spent a wonderful week in the apartment. It is a wonderful and quiet place, the owners thought of everything down to the smallest detail, were always in touch and left their useful recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which were very useful to us. The house is perfectly clean, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - you can cook freely. There is also a cozy private terrace. The instructions for check-in are clear. For us, the availability of parking was a big plus. Nearby you can find many restaurants, a beautiful beach.

We had a great stay with our baby. Yiannis is a great host and welcomed us directly at the harbour despite the ferry being late. He also gave us great recommendations for the region. If we were travelling to Ios again, we would book here again. Thank you for everything.

Everything perfect, great location, Lena and Mick were very very friendly and helpful. They were always there for us at all times. They have very sweet and quiet animals (dogs Harry and Raffa) 2 cats. We immediately felt at home. The pool was always clean and usable at all times. The little house was big enough and you had enough space, everything sufficiently available. We have been vacationing in this corner for 24 years, we will definitely be happy to come back here.

This lovely house is a dream come true! Family members stayed here for one week while we stayed at the owner’s other property, close by. The combination of the two was a perfect match for all, giving us the luxury of proximity and complete independence. Both houses are so well appointed. The place was amazing! The apartment was clean and nice, and had a beautiful view. The sunset from the balcony is really great. It was near several beaches, good restaurants and it was only 30 minutes walk into the center of Poros. Our contact person, Rinat, was very cute. She answered our questions quickly. We highly recommend this place, and hope to come back sometime.

Well, our fifth island and what a lovely apartment! A lovely size, spotlessly clean and the perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia. The buses are easy to work out, o need for a car really. Everything we needed was here - loads of storage, comfy beds, coffee! and such great communication and recommendations! Perivolos has some brilliant restaurants. We’d love to go back 😎

We had a fantastic extended holiday weekend at Eleni’s place with family and friends. Communication was smooth and clear from the start — we received detailed check-in instructions with text and photos, plus helpful directions for both free and paid parking options. We were pleasantly surprised to always find free parking right in front of the building. The location is excellent — quiet, yet close to everything. The apartment was exactly as described and looked just like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Elena as a host!

Georges and his wife were discreet but available hosts throughout the stay. Absolutely charming. The accommodation is very functional with beautiful decoration and excellent amenities. Great bedding. Beautiful garden. Nevertheless, weak WiFi even though it wasn't a problem for us.

George and his team were very responsive! During check in, we got greeted and answered our questions. This place was less than 10 mins away from the center of Naousa, bakery near by and bus station too! We had a late departure on our checkout day and they allowed us to leave our luggages behind while we waited. The housekeeper, Vanna, was amazingly sweet! One thing I would say is the bathroom was not draining properly, which made an inconvenience while showering. But once this is 100% fixed, it would be the perfect place to stay.

The place was better than described! Literally the best views we’ve ever experienced in a Greek island! Super kind and responsive hosts! Cannot recommend this place enough! We’re looking forward to visit again soon :)

Though small, the apartment was very clean and had what we needed; it would have been nice to have an electric teapot to heat water, vs. heating it on the stove. Everything was very clean; the bed was comfortable. The windows open and they had SCREENS! WiFi was fast and stable - beach boardwalk was nearby (I think that it is a bit farther than stated in the ad, but still easily walkable)

I really enjoyed my time there. You can take a lot of photos. The space is very suitable for photography. The environment is quiet and peaceful.

We had a fantastic week here! It was wonderful with our two small kids. The neighborhood was fantastic and extremely walkable. We were able to try a new coffee shop every morning and a new restaurant every night. Our hosts were very friendly and having them send a taxi to the airport made check in extremely easy.

We stayed for a week in April 2025. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and pictures. The bedrooms are large, the balcony seating area is great, and the large living room and dining room allow you to spread out much greater than in a hotel. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop was spectacular. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen, including a pack of expresso pods. When checking in, be sure to look at the pictures to know which lock-box to open. There is a minor nuance with the water heater that is described in the listing, but we did not understand it clearly. You have to turn on the hot water heater at least 30 minutes before using the shower. Its easy to do, but if you are someone who showers when you wake up in the morning, you have to change your routine slightly.

While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Highly recommended!
