Vacation rentals with beach access in Aegean Sea

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

The living and kitchen space was very comfortable, and the outdoor deck overlooking the port and beach was huge, and a favourite of ours to watch the sunset each day. The dining table is outdoors, so on cool mornings and evenings we needed to dress for the temperature. A great location and plenty of street parking around. It was a 5 minute walk to the port and the heart of Parikia.

This was a great experience. The place was clean and spotless. It felt good from the very first moment. Above all the co-host Stematis was outstandingly helpful - always responded immediately, even when my requests seemed excessive, he never complained and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. if you've rented a car, it's a very good place to stay. as you have to drive everywhere. the power got cut off one time in the middle of the night and the host respond very quickly. even manage to have the maintenance workers to come and fix it at 1 or 2 in the morning. please is very nice, except the bathroom. the water always come out so the space in front of the washing machine is always wet, and the air flow is not good inside so it would take a night to dry out .

Maria was quick to respond to our questions. The hot tub was a great amenity and was the perfect temperature. The view was spectacular.

If you find a wonderful place to stay in Greece, you are reading the right page. Great host, fantastic location and the views, close to the airport and a lot of lovely restaurants along the coast. We really loved the balcony, the TV which had a Netflix account and the little convenience store right downstairs. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay again there!!!

Beautiful apartment, clear instructions with all the necessary photos for check-in, great bed, all of Rhodes within walking distance, lots of great bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The windows are super tight and even the strongest storm is hardly noticeable in the apartment - we will definitely book again next time. - small note: the staircase is not recommended for infirm or disabled people

Emma was super responsive and was kind enough to let us check in early to do some excursions on our first day. The view was STUNNING and the beach steps away from the house was very clean and beautiful. Parking was easy to find, though there did not appear to be a dedicated parking space. Would definitely stay again.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

We felt like at home in Yiannis. The house and kitchen are well equipped. Yianni's mom gave us a lot of welcome gifts, fruits, vegetables, cake, wine, beer. In between, she came by, cleaned our terrace and brought us sweet particles.Yiannis and his mother 🥰 also looked after us very well. We were there out of season and had a focus on hiking and getting to know the area. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and great scenery, this is the place to be. I can also imagine that it is very nice there in the summer, there are many tavernas, most of them had too when we were there, but in the season you can certainly spend a nice and relaxing bathing holiday there. It is also worth exploring the nearby surroundings, the nature there is beautiful and you should also respect it.❤️

As described, the house is less than 50 meters away from the deserted and very nice pebble beach. The water was still incredibly warm and crystal clear in September. Every morning was wonderful swimming and then a relaxed breakfast on the terrace with great views directly to the sea ! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seen ! I would always recommend the accommodation even if the house and furnishings are now a bit outdated. There's a minimal minus point here. From the relatively busy main road where the house is immediately adjacent, you get almost nothing on the terrace . Really a very nice place and the location with the direct access to the sea and beautiful terrace I would like to highlight again. The always quick and quick help from landlady Karolina was also great👍🏻 😇! If I will travel to Rhodes again I would definitely choose this house again. Thank you Karolina 🤗

The house was very beautiful, as it looked there in the photos. We were 4 people, 2 couples and we were satisfied. The humidity, as the house is by the sea, left with the start of the air conditioners while some water in the bathroom due to humidity is justified by the winter on the island . Anastasia is a great host, always available to help and help. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a holiday in Skyros and lives by the sea. The distance from the country is only a 5 minute drive, while there is a supermarket and a tavern right next to the house ( 1 minute drive)

Amalia is a super host! We loved the place and it was even better than we expected! It's located right at the beach and at night you can fall asleep hearing the waves. The house is freshly renovated and has absolutely everything one might need. The location is impeccable. We took a sea taxi from Kosta and it left us right in front of the house. We will definitely come back again. Thank you, Amalia!

Nice location and cosy location, very close to the beach. The host was very nice and responsive with everything we needed. I recommend it!

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Nikitas' and Eva's apartment during the low season and can only agree with the many other very positive reviews. The two are very polite and friendly hosts, you felt directly like with friends. We were completely surprised that there were welcome gifts and goodbye gifts for us again when we left. Everything was honest and cordial. Once again, a big thank you to Nikitas and Eva for this wonderful week in Nikiti and the surrounding area! We will be happy to come back.
