Vacation rentals with a kayak in Aegean Sea

Great stay .Huge house with all the amenities and most importantly - great view and location - next to the sea.. First line - in the beach is the house.

This place is the most amazing one I have booked via Airbnb! The hosts are the best hosts on Airbnb as well! They were available at all times to help us and to check on us. Even when we got a flat tire for one of the cars, we got a great recommendation where to go to fix it. The villa is extremely beautiful and designed with great thought. Each room is unique and super nice. The common area is cozy and inviting. Besides that, everything was spotless clean. We got enough room for parking 5 cars at the parking spot inside the villa. One of the beaches we liked the most La Scala was 5 min away by car. We also liked the small private beach across the street. Everything is as described and 10 times better than the photos. Highly recommend the villa!

Syros is special, but Dimitri and his wife, Iro, are even more so! From the moment Dimitri picked us up at the port and drove us to their place, we felt completely looked after, safe, and truly cared for. The house is GORGEOUS- photos don’t do it justice. Within hours, I felt as though I was at home, not just on vacation. You are literally on the water, with a view from the top/main floor from every bedroom, and direct access from the lower level. I have never felt so sad having to leave in all my travels and stays. I will definitely be back! Thank you Dimitri and Iro!

Annita and her caretakers (Elias and Vali were amazing! On short notice, we needed a place to stay for 3 days in Mykonos and Annita’s home was perfect. Although she was in Asia on holiday she immediately arranged for us to stay. The house, pool, location and view were outstanding! Will want to go back as soon as possible and stay longer! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

We felt completely comfortable as a family! The place is well equipped – it had everything you need. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great tips from the hosts and the quick help with questions. The direct access to the sea and the fantastic view of the water, with which you wake up and fall asleep, make this place simply paradise. Absolutely recommended!

The house was very beautiful, as it looked there in the photos. We were 4 people, 2 couples and we were satisfied. The humidity, as the house is by the sea, left with the start of the air conditioners while some water in the bathroom due to humidity is justified by the winter on the island . Anastasia is a great host, always available to help and help. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a holiday in Skyros and lives by the sea. The distance from the country is only a 5 minute drive, while there is a supermarket and a tavern right next to the house ( 1 minute drive)

First of all, the location of the house was great, the cleanliness and view of the house were great, having a very nice beach of its own made the stay very attractive and we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Also, Mr. Vecdi is a very nice, friendly and understanding host. I'm sure we will not think of another place when we are on our way to Selimiye again.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful property! Kostas was an exceptional host—warmhearted, kind, and incredibly welcoming. He greeted our fairly large group of 22 people, including 10 children aged 2 to 12, with genuine hospitality. The house was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped—at no point did we feel we were lacking anything. It was impeccably clean, and every detail in the interior felt carefully chosen, with a lovely respect for tradition. We especially appreciated the attentive hosting, the stunning terrace and garden, and the direct access to a charming little beach a few steps away. Overall, it was a wonderful, home-like experience in a very child-friendly setting and magnificent landscape. Highly recommended!

The place is perfect for family vacation especially if you’re into close-to-nature place, love serenity and unity with the nature in an austere but quite comfortable conditions. The neighborhood is very local, quiet with no touristic hustle around. The sea is literally at your doorstep, you just dive into the water right from the backyard. Lots of good restaurants with fresh seafood within five minutes drive radius. Vasiliss was super responsive and proactive in terms of provision comfort of our stay. I’m thankful to him for a pleasant stay wish him the best of luck!

Sophies Villa is a great place to stay in Skopelos. It's close enough to the town's center, restaurants and marina yet far enough to be very quiet and private. The villa is equipped with everything required (maybe except for an oven), very clean and tidy and Sophie makes sure it stays clean the entire stay. There is a close by beach (small and not equipped) and a very nice swimming pool which is a little walk away but worth the few steps. The only thing that needs attention is the WiFi quality. On top of all that Sophie is a great host, always available and responsive and very very nice. We will certainly try to come again sometime.

A lovely little house overlooking Alyki. We loved the views from the terraces and the wood burning stove kept us warm during some of the colder evenings.

Our stay here was idyllic, a little slice of heaven. The area is very peaceful and private, the perfect escape. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. Michael is a gracious host with excellent local knowledge full of tips of where to visit, things to see and places to eat. The house comes with all manner of water sports accessories (paddle boards, kayaks, snorkle) which the whole family enjoyed. The garden is spectacular with many spots to sit and relax among the olive trees and forget about the world for a while. Many thanks to Michael for a wonderful stay. We hope to return in the future.

Janeys place was just wonderful. To wake up to the wonderful setting the cottage is in took our breath away every morning. The wildlife,stars,hikes from the front door. Wealth of info available and of course Jane giving us tips as we went along.
