Vacation rentals with a soaking tub in Aegean Sea

Absolutely stunning neo-classical villa in the heart of the Plaka. Truly spectacular location, walk to the Parthenon and pretty much everything! The host is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She even provides an orientation to the area upon check-in. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is really beautiful. The roof top terrace and courtyard with a little grotto are a fun place to enjoy some private space in the very busy Plaka. Don’t hesitate, book this villa if it is available. You won’t regret it!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Very pleasant stay, in the center of the Chora. You will find lively restaurants and streets very close! The house is perfect for two people and the two balconies are perfect for any time of day!

A five star review all the way. Anastasia is a great host- always responsive as well as Vasillis who greeted us at the house. Upon arrival there was a welcome basket with goodies to help us settle in. We were extremely grateful for the early access as our flight arrived early in the morning. The apartment is very unique and beautiful - 2 very comfortable bedrooms-beds and linens. Fully equipped kitchen (although we mostly ate out.). The roof deck has a gorgeous view of the Acropolis. The location is on a quiet street steps away from restaurants and close enough to walk to all other neighborhoods. Parking was easy if you rent a car as we did. By far one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Perfect for me, my husband and our 17 year old son. We would not hesitate to book again- location, comfortable, views, responsive hosts- has it all! Thank you.

I was looking for a centrally located spot to spend my last day in Athens. This was a great stay and it was very easy to walk to popular places. There are also excellent restaurants around the corner.

The house is fantastic, both in terms of aesthetics and amenities! Spotless, bright, thoughtful to the last detail! It's so much more than the photos! It really provides everything at a very normal price. The host Tina, just as fantastic, for any questions you may have will be there as soon as possible happy with a positive vibe! I highly RECOMMEND IT!

We loved our stay at this apartment in Kolonaki. It is exactly as on the pictures and is the best equipped rental apartment we have ever stayed in. Kolonaki is a very nice and safe neighbourhood, close enough to be able to walk to all major sights. Communication with Regina is effortless. She showed us great cooperation when we ran into a medical emergency, because of which we were unable to continue our sightseeing. We will come back to Athens to visit those sights and hope that the apartment will be available when we do. Thank you Regina!
