Monthly Rentals in Adams County

My wife and I stayed with Jerome & Martha for a month following our wedding while we looked for an apartment. You could not find a more friendly couple! Besides the many kind things they did for us, we were even invited to have dinner with them a couple times during our stay, always with great conversation and lots of laughs! The basement is very private and squeaky clean. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking at home regularly. I cannot recommend this place high enough!!

This apartment was fantastic. I stayed an entire month and it was clean, well stocked (I especially liked the blenders for my smoothies) and comfortable. The bed was among the best I have ever slept on. Sunny, bright. A happy place. Very quiet, very convenient to the local recreation center, food stores. I might recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping as there is some light from the adjacent alley. Husband Matt heard that the microwave stopped working and he was on it immediately and fixed it. I highly recommend staying here.

Lesley’s place was perfect for our month long stay. Great location next to walking trails. The apartment had all of the amenities we needed and everything you need to make a full meal during your stay.

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.
