Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

The little carriage house was quaint, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything worked, and the one maintenance issue that popped up JB fixed in a few hours. We stayed here for the location, just a block from our daughter’s new house that wasn’t ready for guests yet, but the neighborhood is very attractive and there are several good restaurants, coffee shops, etc. within easy walking distance. JB is a great host. Didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub, alas.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy and communication was pleasant and straightforward. The area is nice and close to everything we were interested in. Parking on the street wasn't a problem and everything felt safe. There is a large park nearby if you have a pet or want to go on a walk. I would love to live in this neighborhood if I moved to Denver. I hope to be able to stay here again on my next visit.

Awesome stay! Great setup. Good desk and office chair was able to work effectively the entire week. Nicely laid out space. Comfortable couch. Nice big TV. Good location walkable to Safeway, coffee, food, even walked to the nuggets game. Communicative and flexible. I loved my stay here.

Pristine condition. Well equipped including everything you might need in the kitchen, dishwasher, plus washer and dryer for your laundry. Dedicated parking spot in the alley next to the garage. This is a brand new unit built above the garage in 2024. Very private and quiet. There is an office desk set up in a large closet if you need a work space separate from living space. Location is across the street from Sloan's Lake park and walking paths.

Mike was so quick to respond to my questions. The place was nice and there are absolutely no complaints about this Airbnb. I would go back to this Airbnb next time I’m in Denver.

I can’t emphasize enough how perfect this place was! I stayed here for a week with my fiancé and our small pup. Absolutely superb use of a smaller space. Carrie has really thought of every way to make her carriage house efficient, useful, and comfortable. Everything was spotless and was well stocked with essentials. Bed, pillows, and sheets were super comfortable. I saw someone else describe the kitchenette as well appointed and I couldn’t agree more! We found everything we needed to prepare light meals during our stay, allowing us to eat healthy and save money. The courtyard and back entrance was nice to have, providing some privacy and making it easy for us to walk our dog as needed. The neighborhood was particularly nice, very peaceful, yet conveniently located only a short drive from everything we wanted to see. Carrie was a wonderful host, very kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. This was one of my favorite Airbnb experiences ever! I highly recommend staying here!

Very great experience from Angie and her Berkeley Oasis. A gie was flexible with check-in, very communicative and helpful. The guesthose fit our needs perfectly, giving us what we needed and a great value. This will definitely be on my short list of places to stay again for my next trip to Denver!

Bonny’s spot is perfect for a quick weekend trip!! We were out and about most of the time exploring the surrounding areas but it was a perfect spot to come back to in the evening to visit and cozy up at night. Bonny was super friendly and helpful and the place was modern and clean! Thanks again!!!

This place was great, and matched the pictures. This is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve been to in a while and it’s just big enough for 2+ a dog. Bed is comfy Good location to take transit We loved doing the self guided five points walking tour just up the street Unit can get really hot but the a/c unit and windows help get the right air flow

Tom is the host-with-the-most! The Carriage House is comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and centrally-located to all that Denver has to offer. Great bang for your buck!

Another Great stay at Mike's guesthouse! The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and well stocked (spices, linens, blankets, etc.). Mike's guesthouse offers a Great location, strong Wifi connection, and quiet workspace if needed. I enjoyed my stay!

Eddie is a great host and his space is very peaceful! The location is very central. The views from the patio are amazing! Eddie is very responsive and helpful! Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Great location for the city. A lot of the restaurants and tourist attractions were close by. They also provide the basic necessities for the stay as well. Very peaceful in my opinion

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.

Great location and privacy. A little tight for 3 adults and the master bed was a bit hard
