We loved this place. The space was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood is quite nice as well. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing but good things to say.

This home was very nice, cozy and peaceful. I loved that she had coffee and creamer. It was a life saver. Alicia was easy to talk to. Everything was clean. I loved that the kitchen was labeled it made it easy to find things. oh I can not forget. that king bed was so comfortable and cozy. I wanted to pack it with me.

Conveniently located. Many items to walk to. Very clean. I would like to have it for less, but when you compare it to a hotel room it is about the same. I came alone , but for a family it would be less expensive than a hotel. Very thoughtful host.

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

Great location, can walk to loads of restaurants and bars. I also really liked that there was a couch to lounge on and also appreciated the mini fridge/freezer combo and microwave, I was able to take leftovers and warm them up. Check in was easy and hosts were friendly.

Truly an amazing air bnb. The hot tub and the dry sauna really made it a 5 star experience. Their local recommendations were spot on; we hiked Roxborough state park about 40 min based on their guide book and it was magical. Perfect spot for a couple or family

William really helped me out when I was on a cross country road trip and needed a place last minute to arrive after midnight and rest up before continuing on. absolutely perfect space for this, everything is super comfortable, and it's so nice to have the hot tub. if I ever need a place in Denver again he'll be my first call.

Gretchen and Chris were fantastic hosts while we explored the Denver area! The Airbnb was wonderfully comfy, clean, and provided ample amenities to recoup after a busy day of exploring. We appreciated how close it was to the heart of Denver, and that they offered us some fantastic food recommendations. We truly felt at home here— we would come back!

The space is perfect for a short stay. I’m 6’4”, so the attic ceiling was pretty low for me, but I was aware of that going into the space. Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed our stay.

My friend and I had an amazing girls trip! This was in a very cute and safe place/neighborhood. All instructions were given perfectly to get into the unit. Everything you need and more is here for you. The unit is very clean with plenty of room. The vibe is awesome! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend, Thank you ✌️🫶

Sharon and JD really made Denver feel like a comfortable second home for my stay. They were communicative and very hospitable. Went above and beyond with snacks and location recommendations including relevant information attached. Everything was clean and the furniture/decorations were neat and placed with thought and intent Cannot recommend enough to anyone trying to explore Denver over the course of a few days as landmarks are close by and with some of the best ones within walking distance or quick uber

We enjoyed our stay immensely ! Allison was very kind and helpful. Although the place is small it did not feel cramped or crowded at all. The space was clean and modern and comfortable. It was the perfect location to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and plenty of towels were provided.All in all it was a great stay. I would absolutely return !

This home is very private in a quiet neighborhood and is beautiful inside and out. The backyard is peaceful and comfortable for relaxing. When you step inside it feels just as comforting as home; private, quiet, cozy, and clean. Definitely a nice spot to hangout and de-stress.

A perfect place to stay. Bill and Linda have a beautiful place near Sprouts, Tennyson St and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. They were proactive in communicating in order to try to make our visit the best possible.

The listing is an absolute steel! Very comfortable. Everything you need. You may end up wanting to hang out. The location was perfect. Easily accessible from DT Denver and right across the street from the museum and zoo as well as near fantastic dining. A great value.

Fabulous place! Clean, cozy, comfortable, and well furnished. The neighborhood was great too. The street and surrounding streets were quiet and peaceful, and there were quite a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as a couple of parks nearby. Overall, a perfect place for our anniversary celebration!

Lovely place to stay in Denver. Great location, comfortable bed and couch, with commutative and friendly hosts. The place is on the basement level of a lived in unit and feels completely private and separate, but the hosts were always there in case you had any questions. I say basement, but it had windows and was completely done, so don't think of a... basementy basement haha, it's a whole apartment. The hot tub was the reason I booked, and it did not disappoint. After check out the host let me keep my bag there while I explored the city a bit since I had a late flight, which is suck an extremely nice perk to find in an Airbnb. Highly recommended!
