Vacation rentals with a sauna in Adams County

Loved staying at Dawn’s downtown Denver condominium. It was perfectly appointed, clean, and spacious. Location was very close to many restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Dawn was very communicative and very proactive. Would definitely stay again!

David was very responsive. He informed me that the AC was not working and that the unit needed to be replaced. He took the 2 hour trip from Vail to meet with the AC technician. He even gave me some consideration for the lack of AC which I thought was very fair. Aside from the AC problem, the place is easily accessible from Union Station. It is close to Coors field and near a number of good restaurants. I'd stay there again.

Easy, comfortable stay in a very central location. Michael’s place was clean and had all the amenities we needed (including a parking spot). There are so many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Michael’s instructions for check-in & check-out were very clear.

Great location on Larimer Street. Close to downtown amenities and 1 mile to cool warehouse district. Very possible to walk here from Union Station. Running and walking trails easy to access. Lobby attendants very friendly. Shower and bathroom just as described. Place was exceptionally clean and neat.

Stayed for a couple nights in downtown, this was a perfect base to stay at. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly, and parking was convenient. Its location on Larimer gives easy access to all things downtown Denver.

We had a great stay at Natalie’s place! We went to two padres games at Coors Field and it was just a short walk. Highly recommend

Our group of 5 had a fantastic stay here! Some quirks in the house (lack of hangers, no toaster, one basement bedroom door didn't shut fully), but the spaces were nice and clean and we loved the themed decor and the spacious yard. 4 of the 5 mattresses were extremely nice and the 5th was fine. Big fans of the sauna! Our only real problem was that the previous guests had left a trash pile in the driveway and it was never removed. However, the hosts were communicative and apologetic and it seemed to be an issue with the trash service dates due to a holiday. Despite this issue, I would definitely stay here again.

Stephanie was the perfect host for our trip to Denver! I had planned a trip for my brother and his 8 friends and we needed a space that was close to the city while also being a peaceful location. The house was in a great neighborhood near Denver and was close to all the activities we were doing. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for the week which made us feel right at home. She also was very accommodating towards us. Since some of our group was coming in earlier, she allowed an early check in for us and also allowed a late check out since our flight out was in the later afternoon. I have zero complaints about our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Denver!

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this home in Denver! The patio/big yard and sauna were perfect for unwinding after exploring the city - I felt right at home! Comfy bed and great master bedroom were the icing on the cake. Check-in/check-out were a breeze as well. Will definitely book again next time I’m in Denver. Thank you!

Ashi is a great host. She communicated well in advance and we did not have any issues at all. The place is pristine and well put-together. It's only a 15 minute drive from downtown Denver. Highly recommended if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place in Denver.

The house was very clean and neat. Very spacious for a family, and it had all the kitchen items we needed. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable, very nice game room. The host was very responsive.

Our staff was so grateful for our stay here. It was the perfect place for a group of individuals to come to together to collaborate. Our host was super responsive and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. We will definitely be using this place again!!

Elyse was super response. The trouble encountered may have been (or may not have been) of my creation. Elyse didn't argue; she resolved Things are going to happen. Some colleagues and I decided to share the house. We all wished we had more time to spend in the house, just hanging out. Lovely place to be.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location—super walkable to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Everything was just as described, and check-in was a breeze.
