Monthly Rentals in Acropolis

Katerina's apartment was exactly what we needed. Close to the subway, lots of cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance, and a clean and organized space. We stayed for just under a month and I cant imagine being anywhere else.

This was my second time staying here and it's still my favorite place I've stayed in Athens -- beautiful apartment and amazing neighborhood with markets, boutiques, art museums, archaeological sites, restaurants, and more all within walking distance. Akis is an amazing host, super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The apartment has everything you need to cook and do laundry and great big screen TV for nights in. It was a really great apartment for working remotely and the wifi is super fast. I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. Thanks Akis!

My family and I stayed at Militsa’s apartment for 6 nights. Even prior to our stay, she was responsive to my inquiries and proactive in planning check in and directions getting to her place. Her apartment was exactly as it looked like in the pictures. It was clean, homey and spacious for our needs (3 adults). Bathroom was clean. All the amenities listed were available. Location is perfect! It was very close to Acropolis and all the sites were walkable from her apartment. On the day we left, we had a late flight and Militsa accommodated our request for a late check out. My family has an amazing time in Athens and having accommodations such as Militsa’s apartment made our stay even more satisfying. I highly recommend staying at Militsa’s apartment without any reservations.

Even though I was unable to go on my trip due to a flight strike, I still felt very comfortable with Spyros as a host. Communication was excellent: Spyros responded to my messages very quickly, answered all of my questions in great detail, and was always friendly and accommodating. For this reason, I rate everything as very good.
