great apartment right at the heart of Athens, butefull area of Kolonaki. 5 min walk from Evangelismos metro station. apartment is butefull, hut tub is grate. hosts are available and answer very fast. apartment has 2 balconies and the rooftop. amayzing. the place is amazing, kolonaki is amazing Athens is amazing, greece is amazing. very recommended.

This is one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. 3 good sizes bedrooms (very comfy beds!), comfy sofa, everything you need in the kitchen. Host met us as we arrived and showed us around the apartment, as well as giving lots of advice on the local area. The apartment is just a 5-10min walk from the Acropolis, and just 5 mins walk from lots or cafes, restaurants, the closest metro, hop on off buses etc. It's in a very convenient location. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone visitng Athens.

If I could give Andreas more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we booked, his communication was outstanding. He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. Anna and Teo were very responsive and helpful, especially with a tour guide and pickup at the port and drop off at the airport. Very nice to provide little snack and drink gifts too. Perfect location - close to everything.

Can't beat the location right off Ermou street where lots of shopping is, easy walking to many of the city's attractions, several cafe and restaurants just outside and around the corner. Will definitely keep it in mind the next time we are back.

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

Highly, highly recommended!! I have stayed at a few Airbnb properties, and I have to say that Maria and her husband are among the best hosts I have ever had. We had a minor accident early in the holiday and Maria went out of her way to come and help in the middle of the night. She answered every question we had when trying to deal with the Greek transport system, which is an absolute nightmare to unravel. The flat itself is close to the centre of the city and well located by transport, and the price was very reasonable. The view from the balcony is simply magnificent. We were sorry to leave. The location was perfect- right in the heart of Athens with stunning view of Parthenon. Restaurants, shops and historical sites are few minutes walk .Our flight arrived early. Host was able to accommodate us to check in early. Apartment itself is perfect. Functional kitchen, comfy couch and AC. Exactly what we needed after long day of exploring. Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

Apartment was very spacious with 3 full bathrooms. We were very comfortable, he left us with some kitchen basics and snacks. It was also very close to the major neighborhoods with so many restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Beware the steps to the apartment.

The apartment is perfect for two persons. The view from the bedroom and the balcony is amazing. We enjoyed so much sitting in the balcony and relaxing. Livin apt is well located in between the city centre and the nice Mets area with lots of bars and restaurants. While on a big street, there is no noise (the bedrooms are located at the back of the apt). The bathroom and toilet are small, but practical. With 3 people it felt very spacious, I would say over 4 would become a bit tights. We we're particularly happy with the great communication as we booked on the day of the arrival and the check-in was exceptionally smooth.

Panos is an excellent host, very kind and generous. He arranged and paid for transport for us and airport pick up for our son on a separate date. He even gave us a lift home from a restaurant one evening and then we had a nice drink together. Panos and his family live on the floors above the Airbnb rental, which is on floors-1 and -2. The pool is excellent, although not large it is deep and has an “endless swim“ function that gives a great workout trying to swim against the current. The view of Athens is also amazing, especially from the -1 floor large picture window. Note that the -1 floor is open plan containing a double bed and the kitchen, but the -2 floor bedroom has a door for privacy. Steep hills nearby give you a serious workout when walking but taxis are reasonable (usually about 8-11 euros from the acropolis)

Staying at Manos' place really made our trip to Athens. The flat itself was beautiful, Manos was very friendly and helpful and the balcony was a great place to relax. Our favourite thing was the area, though. Just a few seconds from great bars, restaurants and a beautiful and buzzy square for coffee and cocktails from morning till late into the night. Even after exploring the centre of Athens or going for a day trip to the beach, we always came back to the area to eat dinner as there were so many great places to try. We especially loved Manu and the Blue Parrot. If you like a more chill area with loads of exciting nightlife - stay here!

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen in which everything was available that you need for cooking and to make coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would come back again and again! As a single note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, but you really walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We had a great stay in this appartment. It was large and well-designed. The neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Athens, with low crime and cute restaurants / bars. We were able to find convenient free and safe street parking nearby. The hosts were charming, helpful and also discreet. A perfect stay, we hope to come back!

Let me start with our arrival. We were late and it was dark. Our hostess, Mrs. Dimitra, was there to guide us through the check in. She was nothing short of an angel. The pictures of the place in no way does it justice. There is no camera wide enough to put the beauty that surrounded us every day, while we swam in the pool, into a single frame. Our daughter got married in the close by village of Areopoli. The people were very warm and friendly. We were treated like family. We had contact with many people throughout the week and on the day of the wedding and the walk through the village to the church they came out and lined the streets. Even passed out a drink or two. We felt like family. It was truly an adventure and Teo and Mrs. Dimitra absolutely made us feel right at home. I can't recommend this beautiful home with an amazing view enough. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay Stamatis was so helpful he came to meet us and went through all the places we should go to eat and things to do in detail he was very active in replying to messages and the check in was very easy it’s in a nice local area about a 30 minute walk from the centre the pool was lovely a great place to hang out after a long day of walking we really enjoyed our stay here thank you so much
