Lovely “place to land” as the description says! We were in town for a family event and were in and out of the house but it was a wonderful place to be able to come back to and to spend the free time we did have! Everything we needed was available when we arrived and instructions for check in and check out were very clear - Susan was super friendly and communicative through the whole process (booking, arrival, and when we left). Very drivable into Knoxville and all the local places listed in Maryville are extremely accessible to the AirBnB! Loved how conveniently it was located. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot to stay in the area!

This was a great little place to stay close to Fontana Village and the Dragon. I came into town for Miatas at the Gap and had a great stay here. The instructions for getting here were perfect and made it easy to find the house. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. I had everything I needed. The only hiccup I had was having to leave before I wanted in order to avoid tropical storm weather back in Florida. Overall stay while there was great. Communication was great with the host. Wonderful experience overall in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for my wife's birthday weekend! The space was incredibly accommodating for our family of five, with plenty of room for our three kids to relax and play. The setup made everything easy and stress-free — which is exactly what we needed for a family getaway. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and it was such a nice surprise to find that their two kids were the same age as our older two. They all got along so well, which made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and thoughtfully prepared. While we didn’t use the firepit or the covered porch, the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. This was a perfect spot for both family time and a special celebration. We’d absolutely come back again!
