Large BR with a Queen mattress has a sitting area + door out to the veranda.

A screened porch offers a comfortable seating area with a blue wicker couch and a small table. Large windows provide views of the surrounding greenery and the river. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the terra cotta walls and wooden beams above.

Wonderful get away - 50 feet from the Rio Chama ! This Northern New Mexico farmhouse, built in 2009, as a home for an artist and Yacht Builder, sits on 7 tranquil acres, next to the Rio Chama. Relax on the screened portal and enjoy the music of the river with all its wildlife to entertain you. Old timers says this might be one of the best fly fishing spots on the river.
