The appartment is located in a quiet area roughly 5 minutes walk to the city walls. Text and pictures provided an accurate description of the appartment. We had everything we needed for our 4 days in the appartment and there are shop and restaurants in the area. Great value for a stay in Lucca.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is my favorite place to stay in Florence! Always affordable, close to public transportation, and the host communicates very well. Thank you so much!

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Easy to access home, also thanks to the precise directions received from Sara. Quiet area. Well-kept and clean rooms, actually everything is almost new. The street where the house is located is one-way and does not have private indoor parking. So to leave the car parked you have to have a little luck to find parking nearby. This is perhaps the only unfavorable point, but it can still be solved by taking "4 more steps." Recommended.

Clean and quiet apartment. Ideal place to rest. The apartment has everything you need. Very nice and welcoming host. A small restaurant (rina) 400 m walk. I recommend 10/10

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. It has a terrace, a plus. The neighborhood is very quiet. 3 minutes from the tram to Florence city center. It's very convenient. We also enjoyed the closed garage for the car and the organic store next door. Finally, Daniela was super responsive in all our messages.

Great apartment, Antonio was very helpful. The apartment is cool, but more suitable for people without children, because the apartment is not very suitable for children. Also, if you have a lot of things or heavy suitcases, a stroller, then from the elevator to the apartment there is a fairly steep staircase, because the apartment is located on the attic floor. But has 2 very cool terraces with a great view!!! Of the disadvantages personally of mine: very small and not quite comfortable kitchen(but that's only if you are going to cook). Not very good hot water pressure. Otherwise, I liked the apartment! Thank you Antonio!!!

Great apartment to stay in if you want to explore Florence - everything is maximum a 15 minute walk away. Alessandra was a great host and super responsive when we needed anything.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The apartment is spacious, spotless, and full of charm, with high ceilings and an unbeatable location just steps from the Duomo. The beds were incredibly comfortable, bathrooms clean with great hot water, and the kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances and utensils. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher worked perfectly, making it very convenient for our family. Tomasso and Francesco were exceptional hosts—friendly, respectful, and always responsive. Due to our travel delay, Tomasso generously refunded half of the first night and even brought us groceries to help us settle in, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also helped us store our luggage after checkout at another of their nearby properties. This stay combined comfort, hospitality, and location in the best way possible. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Superb apartment in a good location and very responsive and attentive host. We really enjoyed our stay at Sabina's. If there had to be a plus: a mirror in the bedroom and a thicker duvet.
