Monthly Rentals in Abergwesyn

We used Kirsties air b n b as a base for venturing out across Wales. We loved visiting Powys Caste, Pen Y Fan, Llandindrod Wells, Elan Valley and Hay on Wye. The instructions provided (what 3 words) made the air b n b super easy to find. The location was truly peaceful, set in beautiful grounds with a stream, lake, fields and donkeys. The house itself was beautifully designed/styled, clean and cosy and was a lovely place to spend a week. Excellent facilities, lovely hosts and perfect place to relax.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Orchid Meadows Nature Reserve. Although this is a 2 guest property we contacted the hosts to ask if we could bring our baby and they were happy to allow this. This was to be our babies first mini break and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Instantly the property felt like home from home and provided everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The hosts kindly offered us wonderful fresh eggs and produce from their poly tunnel on top of the delightful cakes awaiting us on arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed using the map to wander round the nature reserve - so much thought and effort has gone into it. If you are looking for somewhere to switch off, feel refreshed and love nature look no further. Brilliant place to stay in a great location. The apartment was absolutely pristine with lots of extra niceties that make your stay even more comfortable (the freshly baked bread was delicious!). We would highly recommend this place to stay if you're visiting the brecons.

We loved our recent stay at Welsh Glamping to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was just what the doctor ordered...peaceful and relaxed family time with no screens or WiFi. Our girls (aged 7 and 5) adored the novel bunk beds and loved exploring the fairy den area and attempting to befriend the lambs. The cabin was really cosy and comfortable and the kitchenette was ideal and well kitted out. It was nice surprise to discover that each cabin had it's own private bathroom, though a short walk to the lambing shed. The marshmallows for the firepit were a nice touch too! Will was very friendly and helpful as was Oscar, who's bird knowledge was much appreciated! I'd recommend the pre-heating service for the woodfired hot tub, as we learnt it's not an exact science keeping it to temp. But Will was on hand to help out. All in all a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. I'm sure we'll be back!
