Vacation rentals with breakfast in Abergavenny

Mel was so lovely and friendly, and was perfect with our anxious rescue dog Eric who can be tricky with new people - he likes his space. We felt really at home and all the little extras for Eric - dog towels, blankets, treats and toys were lovely. The Annexe is in a lovely quiet spot with quiet dog walks within 1 minute, so this was perfect for Eric. And it is really well stocked with everything you'd expect in an Airbnb - it genuinely felt as though we were guests rather than a money-making venture. Mel even added some shopping for us that we'd forgotten to bring when she did her shop. Great host, very kind.

Had a wonderful stay at Janine’s place very cosy and homely. Very clean with a nice comfy bed and a good welcome hamper. We were staying for a wedding at St Fagans so the location was ideal and the local taxis service was brilliant. Highly recommend Janine’s place to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb—excellent value for money! The accommodation had everything I needed, making my visit comfortable and hassle-free. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all essentials, clearly designed with guests’ convenience in mind. Rebecca was a wonderful host, responds quickly to any messages and lots of lovely touches inside on arrival. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The location is stunning and has easy access via car to lots of things in the area. It looks exactly like the pictures and is wonderful to sit out with the horses or see the stars at night. Amenities are all provided and there is helpful list inside with useful instructions and ideas for pubs/walks/attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful stay to explore the cotswolds :)

A great place for our two night stay in Abergavenny. Very comfortable bed, modern bathroom with a great shower. Edith is a lovely, friendly host and served up a very nice continental breakfast. We would thoroughly recommend Edith's place.

Penny and Jon are fabulous hosts. They make you feel at home and bring warm croissants around each morning. They made recommendations of restaurants in walking distance and the short walk down the lanes was idyllic - we even picked wild asparagus - which is also served in the local pub. Would highly recommend a visit to this part of the world. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean’s! He was very accommodating & had his kitchen fully stocked-which was great after traveling! He gave us information about the surrounding area, and answered our many questions! His home was very clean & neat, and very welcoming! We highly recommend Sean’s Airbnb!!

Our second stay, so clean and comfortable, had everything we needed and appreciated the extra treats. Unobtrusive host but knew they were there if needed, which we liked.

A beautiful garden flat. Ideally situated for access to the beautiful Malvern Hills. Also Lisa left some amazing produce to make a fantastic breakfast. Overall a superb stay - highly recommended experience!

We've just returned from 3 nights at Katrina's place which is absolutely delightful and really can't fault anything. It is bigger than we expected, and quirky ;), private and quiet and a real home from home, with everything you could need and it was exceptionally clean. The goodies were very much appreciated and really added to our stay. The area is gorgeous and right there in the hills, it is a short walk from the highest point. It is a great base from which to walk and explore The Malverns. It was our first time and we were blown away by the 360 degree views on the hills. We were sad to leave as it was such a relaxing and enjoyable break, but hope to be back. Thank you Katrina so being so thoughtful and making our stay so special.

Lovely place to stay. Great location with easy access to Bristol city centre and parking near by. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very lovely. Would recommend :)

Amazing stay!!! This was our second stay at Julie and Ashley’s wonderful studio. Returned because we loved our first stay so much we had to return. Studio is immaculate, all high spec facilities provided, beyond any expectations. Ample breakfast provided for the duration of our stay which is a lovely addition. On site parking right next to the studio. The studio is about 30mins walk from Bath. The walk is spectacular with gorgeous views of Bath. Really relaxing. Walk back from Bath is uphill but there are regular buses which stop near to the studio. Julie and Ashley are amazing hosts, really friendly and approachable. Anyone wanting to stay in Bath we cannot recommend this studio enough. You won’t be disappointed. Will be definitely be returning for another visit.

Nina and her husband live next door and are very friendly. Great hosts and gave lovely accurate recommendations for good food, and coffee shops, also directions for local supermarkets. They also welcomed us to use their garden whenever we liked. The studio apartment was clean, and bed was really comfortable and the shower was really good and easy to use. The park across the road is beautiful, lots of trees and plants and streams. We enjoyed our daily walks, having nice chats with dog walkers and families with children. The cafe at the top of the hill, just two minutes drive has stunning views and great coffee. Highly recommend staying here.

This was a tasteful room set in a private garden. Parking is free and so easy. It had everything we needed for a restful night, with kitchen, dining table, fridge, hot shower, hairdryer, TV and great guide books on Wales.

This is such a peaceful, almost rural feeling area; a perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. You step into Petra and Dick’s home and are treated as a valued guest, nothing too much trouble. Comfortable bed too. Good if you like walking, close to footpaths into the hills with glorious views!

Loved staying here for a second year in a row. The hideaway hut is tranquil and the perfect break from a busy life. Love nothing more than relaxing in the hot tub and listening to nature surrounding us. Thanks again for another perfect weekend away!

This is a really beautiful house, inside and out. Lisa was communicative and helpful, and her dog was lovely too! We felt most welcome. The bed was very comfortable. We would love to come back if we are passing through this area again. (There is a really nice pub a 5 minute drive away, serving high quality pub grub and good beer with a lovely vibe.)

Cathy and Robin are fantastic hosts - friendly, generous and welcoming - so it was wonderful to be back in their beautiful home in scenic Slad after a three-year break. We had another peaceful, relaxing stay (and enjoyable meal at The Woolpack). It's such a pleasure to wake up to that amazing view across the valley but we're always so sad to leave. We look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our all-too-brief stay in Sarah and Damian's lovely home. The space was cozy and comfortable, and Sarah is a great cook and an engaging conversationalist. Her recommendations for things to do on our trip were spot-on. We hope to see them again on our next trip to Herefordshire!

A little slice of heaven – we felt so lucky to experience it. Sian and Stephen are the most delightful and hospitable hosts – kind, thoughtful, and simply lovely people to be around. Their place was spotless, beautifully presented, and full of charm, with the most incredible views that made it feel like a peaceful retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay – it was calm, comfortable, and only a mile and a half from the delightful town of Crickhowell. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special and serene place to stay in this stunning part of Wales. Thank you again for such a memorable visit!
