I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

We rent out part of our house with plenty of open space in Franconian Lake District. There is room for a whole family or several friends. We live right next door and are available for all questions. A very good inn with beer garden is about 50 meters from us. Lake Große Brombachsee is about 10 km away with a beautiful sandy beach. Baggerweiher is about 2 km away. An important change: Dogs are no longer allowed, because of the sheep!
