Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Strand, Bars, Restaurants und Haltestellen zum ÖPNV. Sie ist wie beschrieben, sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung bietet auch alles, was man zum Selbstversorgen benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt und man bekommt proaktiv alle wichtigen Informationen und gute Tipps für die Umgebung.

The apartment is a perfect base for a stay in València, right on the sea front and with great tram and bus connections into the centre of the city. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was a pleasant place to hang out. Luis is a fantastic host, meeting is to get us checked in, and proactively sending recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. He is very responsive, and during our time there Valencia experienced terrible flooding, during which time he checked in on us and gave us advice about staying safe. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Thanks Luis!

Un soggiorno splendido, la casa è molto bella, pulita e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. La posizione è fantastica e la zona non è da meno. Ho soggiornato un mese e devo dire che mi sono sentita davvero come se fossi a casa mia. Maria è una persona speciale è molto amichevole, è venuta incontro ad ogni mia esigenza e ha reso tutto più semplice, addirittura l’ultimo giorno ho dimenticato una cosa in casa ed è stata così gentile da portarmela dove mi trovavo. Consiglio vivamente questo splendido alloggio, che ti fa sentire veramente a casa.

Es war ein Traum und Ellen die perfekte Host. Sie war freundlich, hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war für alles verständnisvoll. Für unseren Kleinen (2J) hatte sie alles liebevoll bereitgestellt. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft vorstellen können. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der Blick auf den Pool wunderschön, man fühlt sich einfach wohl

Beautiful House near Beach with two Terraces

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Liz und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Lage ist super: man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und mit dem Bus in 25 Minuten in der Stadt. Alles was man gerne sehen möchte ist schnell zu erreichen: Bioparc, Ciudad de las Artes, Turia Park etc. Wir waren schon oft in Valencia und lieben die Stadt und das Lebensgefühl in Cabanyal. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter empfehlen und waren sehr zufrieden! Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt!

Una estancia muy agradable para una despedida. Frederic siempre muy atento para todo, amable y dispuesto, incluso nos adecuó el sofá para una noche que éramos más personas. Una ubicación fenomenal para pasar unos días tanto en la casa como en el entorno tan agradable que la rodea. Cerca de zonas naturales para disfrutar y pueblos muy bonitos. Sin duda repetiremos.

Appartement situé à deux pas de plage, au rez de chaussée, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. J’y ai séjourné une semaine avec mes deux enfants et la proximité des transports publics était un plus. De plus, L’hôte est très réactive et de bon conseils. Elle avait laissé des jeux pour les enfants et ils ont adoré. Je recommande vivement. Juste petit bémol, l’insonorisation de l’immeuble n’est pas optimal.

Hemos pasado unos días muy agusto en el alojamiento de Pedro ,es un apartamento pequeñito pero para 4 personas está bien y más para pasar unos días ,tiene una terraza espectacular hemos pasado muchos momentos allí en verano tiene que estarse aún mucho mejor,tiene garaje así que es un plus importante. La comunicación con pedro fue rápida y contestaba enseguida y te solventaba cualquier duda y luego la entrega de llaves con sus suegros Javier y Ani fue perfecta y nos dejaron entrar antes se la hora muy intentos ,así que no puedo decir otra cosa de que a sido una estancia perfecta.Para volver.

Appartement très confortable dans une petite maison. L'appartement superbement aménagé dispose de tout le confort nécessaire et est tres bien équipé. Il est bien situé : quasiement face à la plage de la Marva-Rosa, à proximité des commerces et des transports pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Valence. José est un hôte très accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Amazing property, in a very peaceful location (you can hear the water stream pass right by and the birds chirping) - thank you very much Ivan for the cool tour of this unique place. Accommodation was very clean, mini-fridge, microwave, tv (netflix etc.) and toaster. Views were incredible from every side. The wooden beam ceiling, nude color palette and minimalistic furniture will make you feel right at home. The room was very will air conditioned (hot or cold air) and cutlery, plates and glasses were available in addition to towels as well. The nearby town is also very calm and worth a good stroll. Ivan again I can’t thank you enough for sharing your place with so much love and passion. Incredible stay!

Hemos pasado unos días en familia estupendos, a la casa no le falta detalle, es grande y cómoda, equipado con todo lo necesario. A unos metros de la playa, del supermercado, restaurantes, heladerías y farmacia. Si estás buscando tranquilidad esta sin duda es una buena opción.

Hemos estado toda la familia. Un bebé de 9 meses y dos personas mayores, super cómodo estar a pie de playa y la tranquilidad. Amplio salón y unas vistas increíbles. Super abiertos a preguntas y amables. Lo recomiendo 100% Hemos pasado unos días increíbles. La terraza de arriba increíble para pasar las tardes y comer.

An absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all expectations. Tatiana was an amazing host that was extremely attentive and friendly. Response times were immediate and thoroughness was exemplary. The space itself met every need and then some, they even provided bikes to get around!! Plus we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The location to the beach couldn’t have been closer, literally a 10 second walk and by the way was an absolutely stunning beach. The proximity to restaurants and the city, especially with the bikes they provided was close as well Overall, we can’t say enough about our stay, highly recommend to anyone as it was the best stay over our 10 days in Spain. Thank you again Tatiana!!

Ho soggiornato nel periodo di Pasqua con famiglia ed amici. La zona è molto bella, vicinissima al mare, con supermercato e fermata bus a pochi metri. Durante le vacanze di Pasqua molte attività e ristoranti sono chiusi ma penso sia molto piacevole soggiornarci in altri periodi estivi. L' appartamento era funzionale, molto pulito e luminoso, rinnovato di recente e corrispondente alla descrizione, la cucina è ben fornita e gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi; penso sia utile dire che la doccia è molto piccola e che si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore. La comunicazione con l' host è stata davvero buona e molto veloce; si è anche reso disponibile ad aiutarci con una richiesta extra.

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement.
