There are stops for the tram (Letbanen) a few minutes' walk from the B&B. The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is ultra centrally located (still quiet) & in a very nice and safe neighborhood (Frederiksbjerg)with a lot of cafés, specialty stores & flea-/green markets & parks. - Free bikes (2) to borrow, just let me know before you arrive - Double bed for 2 (160 cm), if more than 2 visitors it will be at a good air mattress in the living room.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Unser spontaner Urlaub in Dänemark war ein einziger Traum! Wir sind unglaublich froh, das Haus von Kasper und Caroline gebucht zu haben. Das Haus ist großzügig, war jetzt im März schön warm und wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter. Alles ist vorhanden und es war sehr sauber. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, einzig der Kamin war ein wenig schwer zu nutzen, wir haben es dann gelassen. Die Lage ist mega. Wunderschön gelegen, sehr, sehr ruhig und privat. Die Aussicht hat uns jeden Tag aufs neue begeistert, so viel Natur und Blick aufs Meer und die Inseln.. In wenigen Minuten (mit dem Auto) gelangt man zu einem tollen Strand mit Bademöglichkeiten und Steg. Auch in der Gegend sind viele Strände und Natur, die dazu einladen sich draußen aufzuhalten. Eine schöne Strecke führt in unter 30 Min in die interessante Stadt Aarhus. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und waren dann wieder froh, in unser "Zuhause" zurückzukehren. Wir kommen wieder Die Kommunikation mit Kasper verlief einfach, vielen Dank!

Perfect spot for visiting Aarhus. Relaxed and quiet recreational zone outside the suburbs, new and superb guesthouse on the owners premise. Stylish decoration, comfortable beds, splendid kitchen. Take your shoes off inside. Green bicycle path along the river into the town centre and out into the surroundings. Hans Christian is a very kind, modest, flexibel and friendly host. All in all: better than our already high hopes.

We had a very nice stay in Aarhus. We loved the location in this quite modern part of Aarhus. There is lots to do with restaurants and cafes but also a lot of playgrounds and a perfect place for our son for riding his bike/step. Place is really clean. There is one bedroom (which we didn’t really check out properly) but our son’s bed just fitted near the bed. A water cooker would have made the place complete!

Dejlig lejlighed med plads, lys og luft, meget velfungerende. Beliggende ud til gågade, dvs ingen trafikstøj. Lidt glade mennekser i gaden om natten, men gode vinduer i soveværelset gav nattero alligevel. God seng. Køkkenudstyret var meget basalt, ikke egnet til at lave større måltider. Jonas var venlig og meget fleksibel omkring in- og udcheckning. Jeg ville bo der igen
