Newly built cottage by Mossø with a view of the lake

Welcome to a brand new cottage of 70 square meters and an annex of 20 square meters, located in wild nature. The house is surrounded by 165 m2 of raised terrace, and is 30 meters from Mossø, where you can regularly hear the waves crashing against the land. From the terrace, you can often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, woodpeckers and other small birds, and even nightingales. The house has a common lake bottom of 1500 m2 and with 50 meters of sandy water width. Here you can put your boat, canoe, kayak or other and the fishing opportunities are really good.

Close to town, forest, beach and water, our house is on a quiet cul-de-sac. We rent the whole house - 2 floors - here you can relax in a quiet environment. The house has a nice bright living room in connection with a well-equipped kitchen, exit to the conservatory and large south-facing terrace with barbecue (coal) and pizza oven, south-facing garden for play, games and cool white wine. There is a bedroom (double bed), three rooms (single bed). 1x bathroom, 3x toilet. A few hundred meters to shopping/bus. Private parking space. Walking distance to Tivoli. ENJOY!

Fjellerup is a popular summer holiday destination with many options. Within 2 km we have Dagli' Brugs, bakery, thrift shop, restaurants, two ice cream parlors, large playground (200 meters), pizzeria, mini golf and best of all the family-friendly beach. We are in the middle of Djursland's beautiful nature with opportunities for cycling, running and hiking. There are 10 km to Lübker golf resort and Djurs summerland. Our house has 4 bright rooms, a large living room, a beautiful terrace and a lovely garden. Come and enjoy your holidays here!

Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house, there are also 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

Nice cottage by the sea - Fantastic nature

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.
