The house has a lovely bright living room in connection with a well-equipped kitchen, exit to the outdoor room and large south-facing terrace with barbecue (charcoal) and pizza oven, south-facing garden for play, games and cool white wine. There is a bedroom (double bed), three rooms (single bed). 1x bathroom, 3x toilet. A few hundred meters to shopping/bus. Private parking space. Walking distance to Tivoli. ENJOY!

If you are looking for luxury, this is not the cottage you are looking for, but there is plenty of heart and soul in the blue house.

Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

When we are there, we love to swim, light the wood-burning stove, use the grill, make a fire, go hunting for an ice cream or a fishing spot and otherwise just relax on the terrace, which becomes a warm oasis in the summer months. Feel free to use both the kayak and the lawn mower ☀️

Take the entire family to our fantastic house in the countryside. Play table tennis in the activity room, sweat on the trampoline in the garden or take the kayak to the nearby lake. If you’re feeling cultural, the bus and train to Aarhus leave regularly from close to the house. You can also go by car - a 20 min. drive. The house has 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet, so you have the possibility to share the house, if you wish.

Our cottage is for relaxation with the family, games and fun. The large common room in the house makes it possible to be together in lovely and beautiful surroundings, whether you are reading a book, playing a game or cooking together in the kitchen. We really appreciate the open space that invites socializing. The house is a 2-minute walk from the sea. There are 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards and life jackets for free use.
