Our beautiful house is the perfect base for the family on a trip. Here you are close to the beach and Aarhus. Trains and buses run twice an hour, and you'll be in the city center in less than 30 minutes. The house is located in quiet surroundings with several lakes and green areas for walks. You will be staying at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by a beautiful garden with several terraces, cozy shelter, trampoline and a huge pool for the water dogs. Barbecue, garden furniture and fire pit for cozy summer evenings. A summer vacation in lovely surroundings.

Family-friendly accommodation with a central location, perfect for the summer holidays with a pool, trampoline and large cozy terrace. The home has 3 bedrooms with a double bed in each. In addition, there is a 90x200 mattress if you want an extra bed. The accommodation is located 20 meters from the bus with direct connection to Aarhus city center. In addition, it is only 50 meters to the tram, which takes you to the center of Aarhus in 12 minutes. 5 km to beach and forest. The house is smoke-free inside but dogs are allowed.

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and a lovely atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or walk on a lovely beach with the longest bathing pier in the Aarhus Bay. The house has two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120, 140 and 180 cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are nice and functional without being new and fancy, and there is what you need to feel at home during your stay.

Our new swim spa offers something for everyone—whether relaxing in the hot tub or swimming in the pool, it’s perfect for family time and relaxation. 300 m. to forest, 3 km to beach, water activities, cultural attractions. Djurs Sommerland and Legoland nearby, making it an ideal base for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Convenient shopping and restaurants are within walking distance in Risskov. There is a lovely east-facing morning terrace as well as a large covered terrace facing south/west.

I haven har vi et anneks på 19 km2 med sovepladser. Vi har bålfad og grill til fri afbenyttelse. Pool 7.000l Huset ligger i et roligt område med en lille skov for enden af vores vej. Kun 20 min kørsel fra Aarhus C, køreafstand til LEGOLAND, Djurs Sommerland, Ree Park, Scandinavian dyrepark mm.

Outside shelter with bonfire, gas-fueled barbecue, large trampoline, swings, a minipool and a lovely green house with room for eating and hanging out. House has a TV without antenna signal/flow - bring a computer with mini hdmi - or simply enjoy the sunset instead. Distances: Aadal Golf Club 12km, Moesgaard Museum 10km, Aarhus downtown 7km. Brabrand lake 4km, Beach 8km, Race Hall 4km (2km by foot).

Located 7km from the center on bicycle via the breathtaking ride on “Brabrand” path and close to the beautiful “Brabrand” lake. Only 12min by car to the beach and amusement park “Tivoli friheden”.

Large, nice, newly renovated villa with established garden. Plenty of space (336 m2) The light rail is about 250 m from the house (where there are also shopping and bakery) and takes you directly to the main train station in Aarhus in 15 min. The house is very level and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or very young children. However, it is possible to block off stairs to the upper floor. We only rent the house out when we are away.

This is our unique home. Here you can find peace! We hope you'll feel as comfortable here as we do. And thus will take good care of our home. You can walk to the city center in 45 minutes or drive there in 10 minutes. We are neighbors to Marselisborg Castle and the beautiful Memorial Park. The sea is our backyard and a 10-minute walk from here. There are many shopping opportunities in the area, including gourmet food stores.
