On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

A large living room with sofa and dining table, and a quiet bedroom with closet space. The balcony has full sun from about 1 pm - 8 pm with a daybed, dining table and barbecue.
