At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on 2 floors with its own entrance and a view of the bay and Risskov.

Our 2 bedroom apartment has the most spectacular view of Aarhus bay and is situated on the new upcoming area Aarhus Ø. It is 126 m2. You will love it because of its magnificent view, the light, the large balconies the spacious rooms and the atmosphere. Everything in the apartment is up to the highest standards! The cosy marina and the popular outdoor harbor swim are just next door, and a 15 min walk will bring you to Aarhus downtown. Parking is in the basement.

Dog friendly apartment in the Latin Quarter

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Many good places nearby. Also the water is almost as close as you can get. I will of course give you a lot of good recommendations for your needs. This is an old building, so some noise must be taken into consideration. If you are a light sleeper, this is probably not the place for you. My dog also lives here, so it is not allergy friendly, but definitely pet-friendly :)
