The house includes a wonderful living room, cozy furnished with comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a heat pump. Adjacent to the living room is the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, along with a lovely dining area, from where you can access the covered terrace with great garden furniture. The elegant bathroom features underfloor heating, a whirlpool bath, and access to a sauna. Additionally, there is a guest toilet. The house offers sleeping arrangements in three beautiful bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and a double bed, and two with double beds. For younger guests, a high chair and a cot are available. The house is situated on a lovely plot with a large lawn, perfect for play and outdoor relaxation. You’ll also find great terraces with sun loungers and garden furniture. The garden is child-friendly with a swing and a sandbox. The house is located on a very quiet street, and at the end of the road, there is a small path leading directly to a lovely beach with a view of the Bay of Aarhus. The area around Skødshoved is a wonderfully beautiful natural area. The beach is a mix of stones and sand, mostly sandy, and has been awarded the Blue Flag. The house is not far from the small, cozy Skødshoved Marina, where you can catch crabs from the pier. The town of Ebeltoft, with its many attractions, is about 22 km away. Here, you’ll find the Old Town Hall, where you can visit the old prison cellar. From here, the singing town criers patrol the cobbled streets at 8:00 and 9:00 PM, a must-see experience. At the harbor in Ebeltoft, you’ll find the Glass Museum, which is a leading center for modern glass art. Ebeltoft also offers several charming restaurants and cafés, and you can buy freshly caught fish daily. A visit to Northern Europe’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, is also highly recommended and is about a half-hour drive from the house.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 beds. Outside, there is a large sunny terrace and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

You can rent this small cozy cottage for your and your family's vacation. The house is 48 m2, it was built in 2018, contains a living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. In connection with the large terrace, there is a nice annex with 3/4 beds. You must bring your own linen, towels, etc.
