But Stuttgart is just 30 km away and easy to reach (from the railway station about 5 minutes walk), located in the immediate vicinity of the highway / motorway or by public transport. Here, every hour two trains per hour towards Stuttgart. Munich can also be reached by train or by car in about 2 hours. We can offer a cozy and exclusive, bright, sun-filled apartment with separate bathroom (toilet, shower), open kitchen and upgraded amenities. The apartment has underfloor heating, has direct access to the romantic, beautiful natural garden with private terrace, stream and small pond. You'll always be in the countryside. Enjoy and relax! In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cozy movie night.

Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located with a separate apartment entrance in our modern apartment building in the best location. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space in this spacious accommodation. The apartment is perfectly suitable for families and couples. There are three bedrooms with beds 1.80 x 2 m and one bed 1.40 x 2 m. The apartment has a large balcony with seating. Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Oberkochen can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to Aalen directly across the street.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
