Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer lädt nach einem ereignisreichen Tag zum entspannen ein. In 5 Minuten ist man im Wald. upgrad 18.8.25 Die Umgehungsstraße ist 1 Kilometer luftlinie entfernt und je nach Wetterlage und Wind hört man diese mal mehr und mal gar nicht. Da ist jeder anders.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. The covered terrace offers enough space with about 28 square meters. A carport and a parking space are provided. Access is barrier-free.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.
