Smoking friendly vacation rentals in 8th arrondissement

Nous étions 5 dans le logement. Très bien placé à 10min à pied du Palais des congrès et des transports en commun. Très propre et fonctionnel ! Je recommande !

The apartment is in a great location, close to the metro, bakeries and restaurants but still feels very safe. Even though the apartment is small, it has everything you need and the bed is unbelievably comfy. The owner is also incredibly responsive and came back to all of my messages within minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay in Paris. The location of the apartment was great with easy access on foot or by metro to everything you would want to do in Paris. Plenty of great restaurants, shops and bakeries very close by. Beautiful building full of character; balcony was an added bonus and you can see Sacre Coeur and the top of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. Neighbourhood is very nice. Francoise was a great host and gave us some local tips and recommendations. Merci beaucoup - we would have loved to stay longer :)

4인이서 묵었는데 아주 만족스러웠습니다 에펠탑 뷰도 아름다웠고, 집이 깨끗했습니다. 에펠탑, 비르하켐다리까지 도보 이동이 가능하여 만족스러웠습니다♡ 다시 파리에 온다면 묵고싶은 숙소입니다 :)

I stayed here with some friends on a recent trip to Paris and this apartment was just perfect. We really enjoyed the beautiful terrace and the view of the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is a few stops away from the busier areas, but the metro is a half a block away and it was very easy to get in and out of the 16th. I particularly enjoyed the short walk over to a local park for walks and Le Grand Epicerie— an amazing French grocery store is right around the corner for food, coffee, and gift shopping. As for the inside of the apartment, it’s quite nice. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all the amenities. The shower is not a traditional shower, though it is a bath with a showerhead. Overall, we felt the apartment was very quaint and European. It was an easy and comfortable place to stay.

Lovely stay in an immaculate apartment. Our hosts were lovely and very amenable to our early flight times. Apartment is ideally located next to the train station that easily connected us to all of the sights in Paris. Would highly recommend.

Magnifique complexe de 2 maisons situées au calme au fond d’une grande cour privée. Parking privé, c’est trop cool! Et juste en face du métro RER, c’est top! Literie super confortable, grande terrasse privée, super propre et équipe super accueillante et sympathique. C’est vraiment génial, merci !!!

La maison de Jean-Charles est incroyable. Grande, propre et une belle terrasse/jardin. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, disposer ses affaires, se doucher… je recommande 1000 fois. Le seul point à savoir est qu’une seule chambre possède des volets

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre filles , propre et un jacuzzi au top! Yasmine a été très gentille au niveau des horaires ! Nous reviendrons :)

Io e la mia amica Emma abbiamo soggiornato per il mese di settembre nell’appartamento di Yacine. La situazione era diversa da una normale vacanza, siamo arrivate a Parigi per il nostro erasmus e non trovando alloggio ci siamo arrangiate per vivere tra il letto soppalcato e il divano letto. Yacine è stata la prima persona che abbiamo conosciuto e si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile in TUTTO. L’appartamento era pulito, funzionale, il divano letto comodissimo tanto che abbiamo usato il letto molto poco 😂 avere Yacine e la sua famiglia accanto è stato per noi rassicurante e piacevole. Davvero un host a cinque stelle! Si è reso disponibile a togliere qualche oggetto d’arredo in modo da farci guadagnare spazio per le valigie. Abbiamo creato un gruppo con lui in cui non ha esitato a rispondere ad ogni nostro bisogno con ottimi consigli su come muoverci. Sicuramente un’accoglienza unica e un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore!

Moment suspendu. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce Airbnb. Au delà du logement. Nous avons vécu une véritable expérience que Yohann et son épouse ont su créée. Et celle-ci a commencé dès les premiers échanges téléphoniques . L’endroit est magnifique. Les ôtes ont su répondre avec éclat à toutes mes demandes complémentaires (décoration, petit déjeuner). La ville est aussi très très charmante. Yohann nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli. Nous avons eu des échanges très chaleureux et sympathiques. Je n’exagère pas sur mon retour. Il s’agissait de notre premier anniversaire de mariage, je les remercie sincèrement car ils ont participé à ce moment exceptionnel. Je recommande!!!!

Nossa viagem foi incrível, e a Françoise contribuiu muito para isso, adoramos o apartamento, a localização por ser próxima a estação do metrô e por ter tudo na frente (mercado, farmácia, padaria, …). As fotos correspondem ao imóvel e a anfitriã muito rápida para responder e muito atenciosa.

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Tout était parfait. Logement calme et très agréable. Parking. Commerces à proximité. Horaires arrivée et départ flexibles. Très proche de Paris et Versailles. Hôte très accueillant et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. 5 étoiles bien méritées sur tous les criteres

Wunderbare Wohnung mit einem süssen kleinen Balkon. Die Lage war perfekt! wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und Alex war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! können wir nur weiterempfehlen!!!

Fleury was quick to respond to messages, met us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a good and quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro (M14). The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay close to the metro and in a quiet neighbourhood.

El apartamento de Vincent es un sueño. Entrar al condominio con su parque y sus rosales y plantas y pájaros que cantan es una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento es perfecto tiene todas las comodidades. La cocina es genial y puedes cocinar tranquilamente. El baño es muy cómodo y el agua es abundante y caliente. El dormitorio está muy bien y la cama es súper cómoda. Los vecinos son también muy amigables. Vincent fue sumamente cálido y amable. Siempre ofreciéndose a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda es un lugar maravilloso para que tu estadía en París sea perfecta. Está cerca de muchísimos comercios de todas las especies y cerca de líneas de Metro y bus. Gracias Vincent por tu calidez. Estar en tu casa fue maravilloso.

Vincent a été très rapide à nous répondre et il nous a accommodé selon les heures de nos vols. Son logement était très propre et bien entretenu. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème au Airbnb sauf peut-être la machine à laver le linge qui aurait pu être accompagnée d’un petit guide d’instruction car ce n’est pas le même style dans d’autres pays. Merci encore Vincent, c’était super!
