Monthly Rentals in 7th arrondissement

Pierre is an incredibly nice and attentive Airbnb host. I felt very comfortable in his place and even find that the room (considering the value for money) exceeded my expectations. The room was also equipped with all the essentials, so you don't really have to worry about anything. The only small disadvantage is perhaps that the walls are a bit thin. However, quiet hours are observed, so this did not pose a real problem. The accommodation is therefore only recommended! And thank you, Pierre!

While the apartment was small, it was perfect for our needs. Location was superb for eating, shopping and near multiple metro and bus stops. Neighborhood was Charming and locals were very friendly. Markets and restaurants galore on Rue Cler, just steps away. Unit was very well stocked with washer/dryer, cleaning supplies and a great vacuum. Easy to keep clean and the building was also kept spotless.

Absolute dream! Azadeh is a very caring and reliable host. I stayed in the room for long term and I enjoyed every day of it. Its not even that small as advertised ;) Great use of storage and amazing location. Very well equipped. If you manage to find a free spot in the calendar, take it! You wont find anything better. Metro and supermarkets are nearby and you can see the tower, notre dame, sacre coeur and grand palais from the window. The full paris experience. Amazing place, highly recommended.
